Review: Since August 11, 2017 until today 26Sep2017 this repair shop has not even bothered to order the replacement parts to repair my 5th wheeler. Every time I call them, they are up to their elbows in grease not able to talk but can handle a phone with all that grease? I am about to call it off and go to someone else.

Review: Dropped off my 2004 RoadTrek 1/**/15 for collision work on the rear bumper and any undiscovered problems related to the accident. Also had a small laundry list of other work I wanted estimates for. Was told repairs would take aprox. 2weeks. After getting excuse after excuse for work not being completed and 4 months of waiting for my coach back, I picked it up 4/*/15. [redacted] stated the bumper cover that was ordered from [redacted] came in damaged and that another one had been reordered. So I called [redacted] - they have no record of any dealers ordering a bumper cover for my vehicle. Not only that but they don't have my style of bumper cover any longer and it would have to be switched to the newer style. They don't sell parts to anyone except dealers so [redacted] would have had to order the bumper cover and conversion kit from a [redacted] dealer. The dealer would then ship it to Len-Rich. According to an email from [redacted] parts department, nobody has ordered or taken delivery of a bumper cover for my vehicle and it is not a part that dealers stock. [redacted] has cashed my insurance check and appears to have no plans of completing the work. My coach was returned to me filthy with mud inside & out and [redacted] didn't even stick around to face me. He was conveniently out of town even though he knew I was coming and said he'd be there. Should have been a quick job plus some possible side work on unrelated items but no. I lost the use of my motorhome all winter and got it back looking worse than when I dropped it off. I am VERY UNHAPPY and want my money back so I can have my coach repaired properly. Terrible business man. Tells you to trust him then leaves you hanging.Desired Settlement: I want any and all money he was paid from me and the insurance company returned. 4 months is long enough for the job to have been done with time to spare for other jobs or estimates at the very least.
