The customer called and wanted to get an estimate on a tire change on his RV trailer approx30' long He gave us a location of I-sb near Sim's road which is located in Castella Ca approxmiles away I gave them an estimate of $and he agreed to it and asked us to come up
there because he had been out there for hours in degree heatIt ended but being minutes one way and we had to go to the next exit and turn around and come back s/bound What we didn't know at the time was that there was construction s/bound and it took a little longer coming back So we used over an hour and one half on travel aloneRV's go out by the hour time we leave till the time we get back That leaves approxminutes to change the tire I don't think that minutes to change the tire is unreasonable when the spare is bolted on the back of the trailer, the blown tire was wrapped around the axle and he needed jacks to jack is up high enough and it was degrees outside, and putting away all your tools and doing the paperwork for the call.Thank you,***

THIS CAR WAS IMPOUNDED BY THE REDDING POLICE DEPT. BECAUSE THIS PERSON HAD A WARRANT FOR HIS ARREST. HE WAS ARRESTED AT THAT TIME AND WE WERE ORDERED BY RPD TO TOW HIS CAR.  HE CALLED AND WE TOLD HIM WHAT IT WOULD BE TO GET IT OUT THE NEXT DAY WHICH WAS A MONDAY AND IT WAS APPROXIMATELY $400...

AND HE HAD TO GET A RELEASE FROM RPD. HE NEVER SHOWED UP ON MONDAY AT ALL AND CAME IN 5 DAYS LATER & WANTED IT FOR THE SAME PRICE AS MONDAY.  WE HAVE A CONTRACT WITH RPD AND EVERY DAY ITS HERE THE STORAGE GOES UP.  HE CAME IN AND STARTED YELLING AND STARTED GETTING OUT OF CONTROL.  WE NEVER CURSED OR USED BAD LANGUAGE TOWARDS HIM BUT HE DID TOWARDS US. WE DON'T USE THAT LANGUAGE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS WHETHER THEY HAVE BEEN IN JAIL OR NOT.  HE WAS CAUSING A DISTURBANCE AND WAS ASKED TO LEAVE.  HE THEN SHOWED UP 16 DAYS LATER WITH A LADY WITH HIM AND WE TOLD HER THE BILL WAS $1375 AT THAT TIME.  WE TALKED WITH HER AND SHE ASKED ABOUT A DISCOUNT BECAUSE SHE WAS GOING TO PAY THE BILL NOT HIM. WE GAVE HER A $545 DOLLAR DISCOUNT BECAUSE WE FELT SORRY FOR HER NOT HIM.  SHE ENDED UP PAYING $830. THESE RATES ARE REGULATED BY THE RPD AND WE DIDN'T HAVE TO GIVE A DISCOUNT BUT WE DID FOR HER SAKE.THANK YOU,[redacted] @ KEITH'S TOWING

I am rejecting this response because:it's lies my car towed illegally in the first place from driveway of my residence I was arrested not the point it was impounded tow company charge me more then what's legal they told me on Friday to come in Monday with 400 I could have car I already had a release from Rpd  I came in three days later and I was called names told I don't deserve anything plain disrespected there were employees shaking there heads at the employee behavior towards me I never yelled or called names I'm on parole I know th ex rules he said price is no longer 400 cause I was arrested not cool he yelled said he would call cops I left my aunt went in and 2 was told I held my cool that said employee was as d bag etc nothing secretary's can do I eventually got my car out I paid full bill myself I was told that they wouldn't charge me for the week that went since that happened you can check records I paid it all I have GPS proof that I was in the office of Keith towing on the Monday they said to bring 400 I had the money to I have no idea they would lie
