Marcus H was our service technician He is knowledgeable and gave clear explanation of the problem with repair options after his assessment Our AC was not cooling at all and he provided a temporary fix to cool the house, without charge until permanent repairs are made
Called LenAire about a problem with my air conditioner They came the day I called and analyzed the problem quickly The technician, Dale, thought he had the replacement part in his truck, but it turned out to be an uncommon part He told me that he would search for the part and call me early the next morning When he called, he had found the part and gave me all my options for replacement It took him about an hour to replace it Very thorough and professional

I can not say enough GREAT things about Lenaire! After 2 plumbing companies, my regular ac company, an insurance adjuster, an engineer, a construction company...who ALL disagreed on what the problem was with my home....Lenaire was the ONLY company who could diagnose the problem and fix it! I have been referring them to everyone I know since last week. I am just so impressed with the techs Dale and Steve who came to my home. The ladies who answer their phones are also a pleasure to speak with. My old ac company as lost my business because they seemed to quit caring as much.....but LenAire was MORE than willing to find my problem. I am so thankful for them. Please call them if you need AC or heating help.
We had our unit installed in June. After getting many appraisals and meeting their representatives we chose LEN-AIRE. They were not the least nor the most expensive but we were most impressed with this company. Mr. Leonard is very professional and he personally came to our house and explained everything to us. They have been out several times since installation for minor things and each time we call for anything we get excellent response and all the employees they send out are very professional and helpful as well as their office employees.
