On April 12, I purchased an advertisement with The Table Times for $The contract said 90-day that it would take before printingI have complied with their schedule of sending in approvals for artwork etcwithin their requested timeIt is now November Nothing has been printedI've tried for the last months to contact themAt one point they just picked up the phone and hung upI've left numerous messages for them to return my phone callsI also have printed copies times and dates of each phone call which I have made to themNo one has reached out to me in any wayI would like a refund because I feel they are in breach of contract by not publishing in a timely manner

I have asked this advertising agency who "wants to write a story about our business" to stop contacting us times and they still call on a regular basisWhen they spoke to the co-owner of the business, my wife, they dismissed her as having any authority over advertising and that is her specialty within the businessAfter being brief with her, I was sent an executed contract that I didn't ask for and all I needed to do was "reply" to give approvalWhen asked who they work for and where they're located, they stop talking and clam up like the coward of a company they areThese predatory advertising practices are only used by the most incompetent of businesses and salespeopleDon't trust themDon't give them any financial information or they will charge youThey're desperate for business

I paid $for advertising that does not seem to have been printed or distributed as promised; I contacted The Table Times four or five times--the first three times I was assured the publication was almost completed and I would receive my copies in my Post Office Box soon--the last two times, no response to my emails; I no longer have their phone number as this advertising was supposed to be done in 2017--I paid for it and waited for my copy that never came

The sales people lied to me, customer service was horrible and they printed my ad without approval and it was not how I designed itThey said I was the only person in my field and they put my biggest competitor taking up half the page on my pageDo not use this companyDishonest!!!

I paid $for advertising in a publication which was promised for delivery 90-days from November 1, No publication with my advertisement was every produced I have tried to contact the company via email and telephone and have had no response to either method

On May 17, I purchased advertising with the table timesThe fee was $for a large adI met all their deadlines for copy and approvalWe had to do the layout and text for them the work was so badI approved the design on July 12, The booklets have never appeared in the restaurants They won’t return callsI can’t get to a person I am not sure is this fails under contract breach, fraud, advertising issues or delivery of product

I agreed ad to advertise with Table Times in January as it seemed like a great marketing idea and something different in my community to promote my real estate business I cannot get anyone to return my calls or emails on the status and feel my payment should be refunded since they have not provided the service I paid for Initially I was advised it would be completed in months and in restaurants

I was given information to trick me into agreeing for something via emailI do not wish to be signed up for thier advertising listThey are using the name of the company I work for to harass other companiesI have been called by other companies and been made aware of thisWhen I called table times to ask them to remove us from the list I was told they would not, and I would have to pursue legally if I wanted off the listI have been hung up on twice and they refuse to take my complaints

Promised to send Boucher's to restaurants in my local areaPaid them $to get the front cover spotPaid them in December of with the Boucher to be published by 2/14/Last email was sent on 3/5/I have not received a response since thenI have sent emails, and phone calls with messagesNo one will call me back or respond

On a do not call list told them this, they still keep calling me...I am contacting the FCC

This Company didn't deliver goods in the time specified on the contract and denied refund, the contract specifically states that they will deliver no later than days and today is days with no advertisements delivered and I've insisted on a refund and they are denying this, also Ive learned that if you payed for goods that you never got and it's passed days, then your credit card company can't help you refund money So I will never pay if goods that can't be delivered before credit card companies can no longer help!!

We are very dissatisfied with this organizationThey completely misrepresented what they offeredThere is an absolute lack of communicationMonths of waiting and no returned calls or emailsWe stopped by the locations to see if anything was out and said they never heard of the TTTThen, like others, we received a copy in the mail with no note or information and we find out they put our competition on the cover next to our article! After waiting several months for anything to be out anywhere, we see them on tables and instead of finding our article, we found a selection of completely different articles in a prime location they provided as a high traffic areaBuyer beware! Very disappointed

Advertised for and most businesses didn't have any idea about Table Times and did not have ads on tablesbusiness had ad up in their store and waited over months for the delivery of more ads which never cameTheir own customer service manager (Rocky) admitted that last year was a fiasco and they needed improvementWe gave them a second chance for but once again the business owners said they aren't aware of Table TimesWe asked multiple times for a refund for the last years and we were treated rudely by both the customer service manager and the owner DaninaThey literally screamed at us claiming that we didn't even give them a chance to show their improvementDanina screamed like an immature child and hung up on usyear refund was given but we want both years fees back as they did not deliver with satisfaction their promise and admittedly they were in turmoil which prevented them from providing us with what we paid for

We signed a contract with The Table Times in October for a front page advertisementThe contract stated that the ads would be in the stated establishments "no later than days from date of the signed contract" At the day mark I personally went to stated establishments, none of which had advertisements and some of which had no clue what The Table Times business wasI contacted The Table Times and they stated they would be out in two weeksAgain I checked, again no ads, again The Table Times gave a later date; this happened times in totalAds were not out till mid-April (days post contract), and even then they were not in all the establishments promisedIn addition to breaking the contract the sales representative I was working with said we would receive an advertisement proof to approve prior to ads being deliveredWe received our proof April 10, and it wasn't at all what we wantedThey assured us to send them a new ad and it would be addressed and change

I originally wanted their services and paid $by debit card over the phone Two days later I called and left a message Called again the next day and was able to speak with someone The confirmed I was within my day period to cancel my order They said a refund would be issued and could take up to business days for the refund It has been days and still have not received a refund I have called more than a dozen times and only had someone answer twice They said theyd check into it and call me right backthey never did I have not had my voice mails returned, and have had no responses to my emails either I am at a loss as to what to do

Our business was contacted in April, regarding advertising our artwork in the company's "table" advertising in other businessesThe offerings the company made in the beginning to obtain our business is NOT what is being implementedThe advertising size is not what was agreed upon, along with the purposed reach that was originally offered; both are factors that would have prevented us from doing business with Table TimesAfter months of no contact, we had to follow up on what is about to be printed in our name since nothing is being sent to us for approvalIn June, the company sent an image they pulled off our business website, containing tattoos or piercings - an image originally created for an 11xposter - The Table Times is proposing printing said poster on a business card (1xsection of said card) After multiple attempts to reach this company and STOP them from advertising something we know is going to be too small and stands to hurt our company more than help, to

I received a call from a customer service rep about a year ago notifying me of the opportunity to place an add in one of their table publications that would be placed in several area restaurants in my communityI purchased a $add and was told our non-profit would have front and back page visibility on each copy in each restaurant I also was told the publications would be rolled out in the restaurants within 2-months after finalizing the add and the publications were printed Here's the many challenges I had in the process: 1) Publications were late from the time stated 2) I received no finalized contract after payment 3) I had to call several times to finally get a sample of what the publication would look like and the specific restaurants they would be placed in 4) 5-months after promised publication and roll out I followed up with the specific restaurants I was most interested inOne of the main ones had no publications at all and no one there knew anything abo

The table times told me they would advertise me being a realtor in a small booklet placed on the tables in popular restaurants in my areaI visited all these restaurants over months and noticed they had no such thingI inquired with managers and the restaurants have never heard of the table times and they never had "the table times" book in their restaurant
