There were no notes about the order, no contact was received about the order, the confirmation emails from the order weren't replied to, the shipping email with the tracking number for parcel to the shipping address was never questioned?
We ship all our orders to the shipping address enteredEvery other customer in the past has understood and they continue to understand what a shipping address is forWe have received other bulk orders from customers who may wish to personally received the cards so they can hand deliver them, mail them, personally sign, add them to a gift as they pleaseThere is nothing unusual about this

As for the quality of the cards, they are the same quality (paper and printing) as they would have been the previous year and as they are today
I'm sure any other company which offers a better, faster service at the busiest time of year than we do will happily have Mr *** as a valued customer

Thank you for finally responding to us after multiple requests for a phone call or e-mail*** This is NOT where we wanted to go with this but here we goFirst of all, we accepted (and told you this)that we made an error in communication of where we wanted all of the cards shipped to - that being said, we do not understand why the price was roughly the same as it was the previous year? In December we were able to get our cards sent to each individual person on the address book on your site for almost the exact same price as this year getting all of the cards sent directly to us in one order with no postage? Where is this huge discrepancy in price coming from? I know that the cost of postage has gone up but not to that extentDespite all of this, multiple requests were made with your company to come to some kind of compromise/resolutionWe were hoping that some kind of solution could be reached and that we would continue to work with you over the yearsWe were patient as we understand how busy it must get during the holiday season - we waited until the end of April to hear from you before submitting our complaint to the Revdex.com

Our position is and remains that we sell personalized greeting cards that are ordered online and then shipped to the shipping address

If there was something faulty or erroneous about that personalized cards, we would be happy to refund the payment
Complaining about the price of the shipping months after paying for the cards, isn't a way to conduct businessIf a customer thought the shipping was too expensive, then they clearly shouldn't have paid for it in the first place
