Lencred delivers; end of story! I am extremely satisfied with their level of service, as well as with their team, Jerry [redacted], Genese, Phil, & others. Undeniably, I had a 5 star experience with Lencred.
A few months ago, my wife & I were looking for startup capital to start our business; but absolutely no bank would lend us the monies, because we didn’t have the required two years of business income statements. Needless to say that we got turned down by every bank we contacted.
However, one day while surfing on Google, I stumbled upon Lencred, a company that helps entrepreneurs to obtain credit (startup capital). I skeptically left them my contact info, thinking that if Lencred helped, then that would be good; but if not, then I would have had nothing to lose. However, I was blown away, & my expectations more than exceeded. In record time, one of their advisors, Jerry [redacted], contacted my wife & I, and advised us that he would endeavor to get us the capital we needed. Not only did Jerry over deliver, he delivered faster than we had time to think.
If you are looking to start your business, but you need startup capital, then contact Lencred now. You would have made the right decision, just like my wife & I. We are happy with Lencred, and no doubt, you will be happy too.

This was my first foray into owning a business. Like many, I was apprehensive about dealing with my financials online with a company I hadn't heard of. LenCred was fantastic, exceeding my expectations in every way. They put me at ease, and explained the process before hand. When I had a question, they were quick to respond with a reply. LenCred is outstanding in their efforts to line up start-ups and small businesses with the credit resources needed to build a solid business foundation. Sean Mory, my sales agent, worked tirelessly to assist me in resolving issues regarding my credit and answered every question asked. If he did not have an immediate answer, he would get the answer and call me promptly. It was Sean's dedication to the truth and his honesty that allowed me to consider him a friend. Further, LenCred is so interested in their customers, they enjoy seeing the progress of the businesses they helped to fund. Unlike many lenders who lend you money and disappear after the initial transaction, LenCred is a partner every step of the way.
I can honestly say that my experience with Sean [redacted] and LenCred has been completely positive, and I will be sure to use their service for my line of credit needs in the future.

I am very happy with the service I have received from LenCred. They over-delivered on their promise and I would recommend them to anyone looking for help in attaining business financing.

This has been the only company that has effectively and consistently tried to resolve the issue I have been put in. Day in and day out there has been effective communication in regards to my business and my finances. The persistence of these employees/company especially Sean [redacted] is relentless. This is pure customer service and pure relationship driven as they do not charge for every phone call or email. They are dedicated individually working towards one goal and that's doing everything they possibly can to get the job done. Whatever comes from this I am glad and very satisfied with the job they have done and I will recommend anyone and everyone to this company.

I am rejecting this response because:
Hello I was lied too, no-one told me by the time I would get the $150,000 loan that I would also have to pay over $20,000 in fees which is my savings and down payment To purchase building since the company could not get full amount I was told. I also was never told that the process would take months to complete. I also was never told that I would have about 25 credit cards (I knew a few). I also was never told the amount of inquiries that would run on my credit report. They also changed my non profit business into corporation. (But key thing is he changed it to my boyfriend not mine) so every lender contacted me asking questions. They have been asking for loan denials that I have not received from company's they claim to have applied for (maybe if business was done right instead of having two federal identity numbers the would have played a major part.) I reported to them I was not happy and that I wish to not do business with them. So now I'm stuck with lower credit score along with no business that I had wish to purchase. So my plans have been ruined. When I asked about fees before credit was ran he jumped around and never answered so now I see why. I would never apply for a loan that requires me to give my savings up in
 order to receive a loan (unless it's for the actual purchase of the building.When your purchasing a current business there's a time restraint which involves a real estate contact which I'm glad I never wrote or I would have been really screwed losing contract money.
After being unhappy I stated so through emailed. I was up all night and trying to see what could be done to fix the issue. All your company was worried about was fees instead of my unhappiness. Which really angered me and I don't want to deal with this company furthermore. Erasing inquires, and balance would allow me to continue in searching for business funding since your company was unable to do so too my fiancee and I liking.

One word to describe LenCred customer service = STELLAR!!! It started with the initial phone conversation with Sean [redacted], Senior Advisor explaining the nuances of business credit in terms that I could easily understand (As being new to all this).
Every member of the team is professional and curtious during our encounters and they quickly found lines of credit to get my business started. All emails/phone calls/texts are met with quick and very helpful responses. Sean [redacted] continues to be a guiding light listening to my concerns and giving great advice that's allowing me to continue to grow in my business. It feels like a great partnership!!! The future feels very promising for my business with LenCred and Sean [redacted] as a partner for success!!!

I found LenCred extremely easy to deal with. If I had a question, they answered it quickly. They were always pleasant and made me feel at ease. Thank you very much and I would definitely recommend LenCred. They have helped me realize my dream :) Thank you Lord for Lencred :)

LenCred, Inc. has been a pleasure to work with while working on my personal credit. The experience and service their team provided to me was top notch. I learned a lot of new information about my personal credit and how it can help me to get business funding as well. They also make themselves available at anytime of the day which is great when your days at work gets long and you get home later than you expected. Revdex.com:  My fiancee and I were told a series of information, none of which now we know would have an ending of success. Which is why numerous of customers are not satisfied with this company. Remedy would be not doing any business with this company at all. Any audio listened to would clearly state company defaults. Misleading statements, along with the closing conversation held by telling me to not tell the company's applied for that I'm not working with a third party. One of many. 
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Dear Revdex.com: We’re sorry to hear that Ms. [redacted] is unhappy. She initially contacted us through a referral partner of ours who has worked with us for several years. Every phone call we have in and out...

of our Arkansas office is recorded so we could provide those recordings if it would be helpful to the resolution of this matter. We agreed to assist Ms. [redacted] with some of her financing needs. She was in a credit card financing program that would allow her to obtain both personal and business financing for her business. It would have allowed her to not only access business financing to help her with her business but it was a strategic plan that also would have helped her to improve her personal credit profile in the process. It’s something we’ve done several hundred times this year for other clients and that we have done thousands of times in the past 5 years for other clients. We are a small company with just over 35 employees. We’ve learned that in order to serve lots of clients and also because we plan to continue growing our business that we need systems and processes to follow with our clients. The same systems and processes that we have followed for all our other clients were followed with Ms. [redacted]. We explained the program to Ms. [redacted] (including the fees), then we sent her a set of disclosures that explained this program to her (including all the fees) that she signed, then we had a compliance call with her where we verified her identity and confirmed many of the key points about our program (including the fees again), and then we began working on obtaining her funding per the program that we agreed upon with her. Part of the signed agreement with Ms. [redacted] was that she would notify us when a lender approved or denied her application. Some lenders will inform us directly of their decisions and other lenders prefer to only notify the borrowers for privacy reasons so this communication is a core part of our agreement with Ms. [redacted]. Soon thereafter, Ms. [redacted] stopped communicating. We don’t know why. She also discontinued her communication with the referral partner who referred her to us. When someone stops responding to our phone calls and emails after multiple efforts we must solely rely on our contractual relationship with them. As a result, we followed our contract strictly. When her invoices went unpaid we informed her that her file would be sent to collections. It was shortly thereafter that we received this complaint. We still have not been able to discuss this matter with Ms. [redacted]. We certainly do not like it when our clients are not happy but we also cannot resolve a problem when someone will not talk to us. We would be glad to provide any and all documentation including signed contracts, recorded phone calls, emails, etc. to the Revdex.com if that would help. We would also gladly and willingly participate in any arbitration process whether it was facilitated by the Revdex.com or some other qualified arbitration group or judicial body.
