I paid my loan in full before the due date. I was told that my account was closed. On Nov 24, 2023 they took money from my account and I noticed it on Dec 13. I called and was told they will reverse the transaction and return my money.

I called on Jan 2, 2024 and spoke to an employee who assured me that I would get my money returned but it was being processed by the bank. (Which is usually 3-5 business days).

Jan 11, 2024 and still no refund. I have wasted a lot of time trying to get my money returned, it has been very frustrating because I requested a call back from the manager...no phone call.

I paid 9330$ to lendcare to close my loan, it is been almost 2 months I aint still got my refund and every time I call service customer doesnt know nothing for me wrost loan company ever dont deal with them please u will have a stress and heart attack dont deal with them

If you want a predatory loan from the most ignorant company around this is the place go...I got a $9000 seadoo off of marketplace that they are trying to charge me over $41,000 for...the worst part is the seadoo has been at the shop since I got it and spent thousands trying to figure it out...SCAMMERS DO NOT GET A LOAN THROUGH THEM

I phoned I told them what to do and double check on a payment and they go ahead without double checking and got ripped a whole bunch of interest for months. robery edecated and did some checking we pay interest when they mess up they keep it like dirty money and watched on the TV a company got caught and change the name after the guy was caught and everything he went for is EXACALY what they are doing they should pay what they robbed and they said they don't have to pay. toronto education these people are FRAUD changing it over to a different company down the road they shouldn't have a license to run that's all laws and rules broken and people robbed because a person with 99 percent chance should be caught and charged that easy to catch and still running thats canada for ya?

The human resources director's nephew keeps buying drugs off a CSR supervisor and she covers for him no matter how bad he is at the job. Money get's taken out of accounts for no reason. Staff are made to lie to customers. CEO has the temper of a todler and their marketing manager will get their company hacked for leaving bad digital footprints.

Lend care and the Woman I delt with was very helpful even when we are behind on a payment :)
