I personally never leave reviews on anything but I have been struggling trying to get my high interest rate lower to no prevail. Nanette Vigil went out her way to make sure I got approved at an incredibly low rate compared to what I was currently paying. She helped me save $200 off my payment and she even stayed past closing hours to make sure all my paperwork was finalized. She made my entire experience which before today was horrible into a stress free experience. She deserves a pay raise for her dedication to costumer satisfaction.

They proceeded to refinance my vehicle, by bypassing the DocuSign, and DownPayment form requirements, against my final authorization!

I understand that dealing with competitive offers and making decisions can be overwhelming for customers that don’t have experience or knowledge in Auto Loan refinance. Our level is of the highest in this industry, we have strived to complete this process for you with much understanding and offers that would lead to your satisfaction. When you applied for your refinance on June 13th 2020, a Loan consultant contacted you to review your request and determine your needs. The Loan Consultant submitted an application from the information provided and received an approval, which he reviewed with you. On June 15, you sent in a text stating that you were waiting to review all competitive offers. After waiting you agreed to our offer and the Loan Consultant sent the Documents via DocuSign June 17th for your signature. You viewed those documents on the 18th and did not sign the loan. June 20th you asked Loan consultant to re-evaluate the docs and provide a discount, which on the next day the original documents were voided and a new set that you agreed to were sent and you signed these contracts June 21st. June 22nd the loan contracts were sent to the lender funding department to process. Late that afternoon you asked the Loan consultant via text to cancel the loan because you had a better offer. When you called in to cancel late that evening, you received an explanation that we could contact the Lender and cancel your loan even though you had signed legal documents constituting a contract. Offered to you was to contact Lending Arts before 9am the next day to proceed with cancellation, because you wanted to review the better offer. Explained was that we would rather cancel the loan now and have you happy with competitor than be upset with us. The morning of June 23rd you as requested sent a text that stated “continue processing.” We replied the loan will fund today. The evening of the 23rd you again sent a request to cancel, after business hours. The next day a reply was sent that it was too late, the loan was Funded yesterday. Mr. Quaye, signing legal documents which you have agreed to is legally binding. Lending Arts gave 8 days from initial offer to review competitive offers before sending you a binding contract, which you declined. You requested better terms, we voided the first set and sent a contract that you requested which you did sign. You requested cancellation of a legally binding contract, which we offered to go through the process of completing. You then requested completion. Lending Arts in a 10 day span did everything possible to help you with your refinance request, indecision, and offers to make you a happy customer.
