I was billed without consent for dental work. I mistakenly started paying thinking I would be able clear this up with the dentist and lending club without damaging my credit but both companies are so desperate to maliciously deceive consumers I’ve started grievances with breeze and fair credit bureaus, however I was never given anything by dentist or LendingClub so it is a painful process. America is truly falling into third world fraud. These doctors and lenders keep their third world principles and have no ethics.

I was approved for 8,500, 0% interest by Springstone,SP submittedto the dentist 7,318.50. I am now required to pay the full 8,500. I want to know why?on 11/11/2014, I was approved by Springstone the amount of 8,500, interest free, for dental financing, acct#XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.Springstone only paid the dentist 7,318.50 but I am being invoiced by Springstone for the entire 8,500.In addition, this has left me a balance of 1181.50 owed to dentist of which I had to pay. I feel I am paying the 1,180.50 twice for no reason. Once to Springstone because I am being the invoiced the entire 8,500 and to dentist because Springstone did not submit the full 8,500. I have contacted Springstone several times asking why should I have to pay 8,500 when that amount was not paid to the dentist, I have yet to receive any answers as to why they paid the dentist only 7,318.50. I should only have to pay back the amount sent to the dentist (7,318.50) instead of 8,500.00.Desired SettlementI would like to know why Springstone only paid the dentist 7,318.50 and why am I being invoiced by Springstone for the entire 8,500.00. In all cases LCPS obtains an administration fee from the Dental provider as a percentage of the amount borrowed by the applicant. At no point is the Dental provider allowed to pass the administration fee on to the customer as this is written into the agreement between LCPS and the providers that sign up to use our services. In this particular case the administration fee was $1,180.50 which appears to have been passed on to the applicant. LCPS followed up with the office and explained that they shouldn't have passed the fee on to the applicant. LCPS was able to obtain a refund for $1,180.50 which will be applied to the customer's account within 48 business hours. It is unfortunate that the customer had to go through this, but we are glad we were able to address and rectify the situation caused by this particular Dental provider.

This company is sending me bills for money/services I never received.I went to the dentist to have my teeth cleaned and he talked to me about implants. This letter is in reference to a complaint regarding my account with Tuition Solution. My account number is XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. My first payment was due on the 09/09/2014 in the amount of $132.00. A payment was made in the amount of $130.00 (of which I accidentally overlooked the additional amount of $2.00, even though not deliberately- for if I pay $130.00, I can most certainly pay the other $2.00) on the third of September, 2014, and was received and taken from my account at the City Credit Union in Duncanville, Texas on the 8th of September 2014. According to the record on the back of the check, (enclosed) the check was cashed at the Huntington Bank in Columbus, Ohio and posted that same day at their bank. The late fee day to receive this payment was September 19, 2014, and thus acquire a late fee. I was charged a late fee of $25.00 on the next statement that I received on October 1, 2014, and inquired with the office in San Antonio, Texas without resolution. In addition to this school loan for my great grand-daughter who is three and 1/2 years old, it is supposed to be interest free for the next 24 months if paid in full. My goal is to pay it off early. On the documents enclosed (2" Page), you will find that there is a statement that I MUST pay this loan in fill in the amount of $3.300.00 by 08/09/2016 to avoid paying accrued interest charges., DUE TO THIS BEING A PROMOTIONAL BALANCE.Desired SettlementMy question is: WHY was I charged a late fee and the payment was not late? And to resolve this practice, I would like to be reimbursed the late fee amount. Please address this situation, and reply back to me regarding your decision and if it cannot be overturned, the reason why not.Dear [redacted],Thank you for contacting Comenity Capital Bank. I am writing this letter to complain about the business practices of the [redacted] and Springstone Financial. On July 12, 2013 I went to the [redacted] for a consultation visit. My teeth were x-rayed and the doctor performed a dental examination. I signed a letter to take out a medical credit card with Springstone Financial to pay for the future dental work but later decided to cancel all office visits. Only July 16th I called and cancelled the appointment scheduled for July 22nd. Only August 6th I called and cancelled the appointment scheduled for August 19th. In addition, on July 16th and August 9th I sent a letter to Sprinstone Financial indicating that I did not need a loan for the dental services since I decided to take the money out of my retirement account. On July 24th I received an invoice from Springstone Financial for $13,000 with a 22.98% interest rate. I was charged for the full cost of the dental services up front and no services were performed except for an x-ray and dental examination! I immediately called Springstone who informed me that they could not stop billing me and that I would need to talk to The [redacted] Since then I have written several letters to Springstone Financial and the [redacted] asking for an itemized bill for the July 12th services. On September 27th, I received a letter from the [redacted] indicating that I owed $4,825. In the letter the Office Manager, [redacted] complained of missed appointments. However, I cancelled all appointments in a reasonable amount of time. I received an x-ray and an examination that lasted 5 minutes. I was in too much pain and yelled out in anguish. After 5 minutes, Dr. [redacted] immediately stopped and the examination was over. How can I be charged $4,825 for 5 minutes of service? The $4,825 was listed as a lump sum amount (no detail provided for individual charges) and it includes charges for services that were never performed. Finally on November 1st, I received an itemized bill from Springstone Financial. The total invoice was for $9,035, which included $535 in charges for the July 12th office visit and $8,500 for the cancelled appointments. I should not be charged $8,500 for services never performed which include 6 billable hours for the doctor and his assistants, oral sedation equipment, surgical instruments and supplies, and bone grafting material ordered. Since I cancelled each appointment in a reasonable amount of time I am only responsible for the July 12th charges. I am stunned and horrified! This whole ordeal has been devastating! Springstone Financial is threatening to send me to collections and ruin my credit if I do no pay $9,035. The [redacted] continues to request that I make another appointment so that they can perform the work that would total the full $13,000. I want an adjusted bill from the [redacted] to reflect the $535 charges for the July 12th visit. I also want Springstone Financial to correct the credit card billing statement to reflect $535.Product_Or_Service: Credit Card ServiesDesired SettlementI want an adjusted bill from the [redacted] to reflect the $535 charges for the July 12th visit. I also want Springstone Financial to correct the credit card billing statement to reflect $535. Business Response The complaintant applied for financing and authorized payment to the provider (the dental office) on 7/12/13 for $13,000. We received an email from the complaintant on 8/9/13 stating that she did not need any loans to pay for treatment as she was using retirement funds, however this was almost 30 days after the funds had already been disbursed to the provider. There is no record of her contacting Springstone prior to 8/9/13. We replied to her that she would need to contact the dental office to discuss if any money was owed to her for any services that weren't rendered and we also explained to her that she can't cancel her application after the loan has already closed. On 11/1/13 we received an itemized bill from the dental provider that indicated of the $13,000 that was financed, $9,305 of the work had been completed and $3,695 was owed to the patient. The dental provider authorized a refund for the $3,695 on 11/5/13 and that credit was made to the complaintants account on 11/14/13. We sympathize with the complaintant, however Springstone has responded to every correspondence with her and has made every effort to help her with her dispute with the dental office. Her request to cancel her loan was made well after the fact and the dental provider was able to provide an itemized breakdown of all of the work that was performed to our satisfaction. Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)The itemized bill received by Springstone Financial on November 1st included $8,500 in hours, medicine, and equipment for surgery never performed. I was charged for the full cost of the dental services up front and no services were performed except for an x-ray and dental examination! Moroever, I've consistently alerted Springstone that these additional charges are fraudulent. I've communicated via email and letter to [redacted] at Springstone alerting him that I made only one visit to the [redacted] on 07/12/13. My teeth were x-rayed and the doctor performed a dental examination. Afterwards all other appointments were cancelled and I decided to go to use another dental provider, Dr. [redacted]. My new dentist pulled my teeth and provided me with dentures. Moreover, in a letter dated 09/27/13 from the [redacted] group, their office manager, [redacted] admits that I only had one appointment. I've even sent a copy of this letter to Springstone Financial. Finally, the itemized bill from the [redacted] lists the work done on 07/12/13 separately from the $8,500 in additional charges. I have consistently complained to Springstone and the [redacted] that I should not be charged $8,500 for services never performed which include $1,500 (6 billable hours for the doctor and his assistants), $1,500 (oral sedation equipment ordered), $2,100 (surgical instruments and supplies ordered), and $3,400 (bone grafting material ordered). Since I cancelled each appointment in a reasonable amount of time, I am only responsible for the 07/12/13 charges.I want an adjusted bill from the [redacted] to reflect the $535 charges for the 07/12/13 visit. I also want Springstone Financial to correct the credit card billing statement to reflect $535. Springstone has not assisted in helping me with my dispute. They were alerted of the $8,500 in fraudulent charges and have chosen to ignore it.
