Alex with Lending Hand Mortgage helped my wife and I purchase our first home. Alex helped us with all of our many questions whenever we called him and he always had the answer. He put our mind at ease! We thought this was going to be very stressful and that it would take a long time for us to close. With all of his help, we purchased our home in less than two months! When my husband and I were ready to buy our first house, we really didn't even know where to begin or what to do. Alex at Lending Hand Mortgage put our minds at ease! My experience with Lending Hand Mortgage was excellent. They were efficient, timely, convenient and cordial. I have financed several homes in my lifetime and my experience with Lending Hand Mortgage was the best I have ever had.
Disregard of my instructions to cease and desist from direct-mail solicitation.
I have received numerous direct-mail solicitations from this firm. After the last one, I contacted the company to: 1) inform them that I have no intention of doing business with them; 2) instruct them to cease and desist from any further communications; 3) notify them that any further communications would result in reports to the Federal Trade Commission and Revdex.com. Despite my instructions, I have recently received another direct-mail solicitation. I have filed the aforementioned complaints and have sent the company a letter with a copy of my complaint to the FTC and another admonition to cease any further solicitation.
No further contact of any kind.
We are very sorry the homeowner received a refinance offer from our company via the United States Postal Service without the desire to refinance. Our company has taken the appropriate measures to ensure this homeowner does not receive any mail solicitation in the future. Again we are very sorry.

I did not receive "a refinance offer"; I received multiple refinance offers. I also advised the company on multiple occasions by both phone and mail (including a copy of a letter of complaint to the Federal Trade Commission)that I did not wish to receive any further offers from them. I hope that, with the Revdex.com's assistance and a public record of the complaint, they will take my request seriously this time.
