I was referred to Lending USA by a contractor doing some work for me. I had never done this type of personal business online and was skeptical. Discovered that the safety measures and verification procedures were very thorough. My personal agent Carlos [redacted] was very professional, provided several options, and assisted me every step of the process. The funds for my project were in my account within 4 days.

I applied for a personal consolidation loan with Lending USA on Friday October 21, 2016. I was approved within minutes. Afterwards, I was assigned to an agent Stephanie [redacted] who contacted me right away via telephone. She then walked me step by step through the application process which required signing all of the documents electronically. The entire amount of money I requested, was direct deposited into my bank account on today, Wednesday October 26, 2016. Ms. [redacted] was EXTREMELY helpful, kind, friendly, polite, patient, and knowledgeable as she assisted me. I would highly recommend Lending USA to family & friends.

Horrible customer service. Will never do business with them again. They are not upfront about contractual obligations then hide behind corporate rule making.
