ID# [redacted] I am writing this in regards to a complaint that was made on our company regarding [redacted] *** Just as Lyzzi explained to the customer insurance does not cover rollators A rollator is a walker with a seat, hand brakes, four wheels, a back, and a bag under the seat All her insurance pays for is a folding wheeled walker which the allowable is $and then we add a seat which is $ The total cost, our cost is way more than what the insurance pays for which is why if you want a rollator there is a out of pocket expense We sell a lot of products that insurance does not pay for such as lift chairs When it comes to being upset about the situation I can understand her frustration completely but we can only provide a customer with what insurance pays for That being said we have been in business since and since this time the allowables that insurance pays for keeps going down every year while the cost of the equipment is constantly going up If she would like to make a complaint she would better off writing her local congressman about what Medicare does and does not pay for If you have any more questions feel free to contact me Thanks, David [redacted] (832) 445-ext

I mention [redacted] because [redacted] sets the standards and allowables for the other insurances If you would like we will reimburse your insurance for the walker and seat that we billed for and refund your $dollars since you feel like we didn't treat you fairly This way you can go to another provider that will treat you more fair My suggestion is find another provider first before you do that and see what their upgrade charge is going to be for a rollator other wise you will be in this same situation again Come and ask for me, David and I will be more than happy to let you go some where else We take pride on treating each and every customer fair and are looked upon highly in our community If you would like to use someone else just call me before you come by so I can let Lyzzi and Mark up front know what is going on I do apologize for the bad experience you had with our company and wish you wouldn't have had it David [redacted] (832) 445-ext

The reason im disputing  because the arrangements that the Lendmark is asking is not for the amount I feel I owe, they have called my employer after I have ask them not to do so, I have a payment history (which I received from the secretary) that has Amortize fees, I was not aware of a interest bearing account it was not explained to me I was simply going by contract which is attached, I did make partial payments for a couple of months but It doesn't amount to 3,171.17 that they are asking me to make arrangements for.

Review: An employee authorized a debit to my daughters' debit card on my account creating an overdraft situation that resulted in fees of $95.00, plus $15.00 return fee to Lendmark Financial plus their late fee charges. There was no permission for this debit to my daughters' account. They said I had authorized the debit but I absolutely would not do that and they know the truth. No apology, no credit the fees back. Also I have paid over $700.00 in the last month. We are current and yet when I paid them $180.00 on May 30, 2014 only $41.00 was applied to principal. A previous payment of $402.00 only credited $35.58. This to me is unethical business practice and causing undue stress to me. I am medically deemed with major depressive disorder and this has been a nightmare!Desired Settlement: There should be penalties for actions like this as well as controls on these outrageous interest charges.

I still owe 3245.00 due to being late, this contact started October 2010 with 4101.25 finance charges 4840.19 amount financed annual interest @34.074 for 48 payments @186.28 per month. This can't be correct, but they will keep calling asking for a payment I would rather settle in court before I continue to pay 3245.00, that's another 17 months in payments only if I'm on time, my payments are never over 30 days late, this is unfair and to me unlawful.Desired Settlement: I am willing to pay late fees but 3245.00 is a too much, I need a reasonable payoff amount, so I can finally be done with this loan and this company!

Review: I asked Lendmark Financial to give me a document that clearly states what I have paid on the interest of my loan and what interest I have left. They sent documents with plenty of unnecessary information, but nothing on what I need to know.Desired Settlement: I want Lendmark Financial to send me information stating exactly what I have paid on the interest of my loan and what I have left to pay and that's all I want.

[redacted] has an interest bearing loan where interest is calculated daily on her outstanding balance. Per the terms of her signed loan agreement, [redacted] agreed to pay her contractual monthly payment every 30-days with a due date on the 2nd of each month. If [redacted] doesn't make her payment on the 2nd of each month, additional interest will accrue until a contractual payment is made. This additional interest will be extracted from the payment made. Since her loan agreement was predicated on a 30-day cycle, making a payment after the 30 days will result in additional interest be charged to [redacted]. Over the last four payments that [redacted] has paid they've been in intervals of 38, 47, 38, and 28 days, respectively. Please see the breakdown below.

Review: keep getting letters saying I am approved for 2999.00 I have apply and was turn down due to my bankruptcy that said it had to be discharged for 2 years but this isn't stated in their application or in the letters they keep sending me I ask if I was denied credit why do they keep sending me letters telling me I am approved this is false advert and I keep getting letters about every 2-3 months I feel if you are denied the letters need to stop as they are don't nothing but lying to me and messing me getting my credit scores up they need to stop sending these lettersDesired Settlement: they need to be held responsible by not putting the proper information in their letters and tell people 2 yrs if you had a bankruptcy for sending false papers out and causing peoples credit scores to be affect by their action

Review: The company keeps harassing me with threatening phone calls even after I make my payments on time according to the new contract. For example the latest complaint was when my payment was due on 10/25 and I went into the office to make a payment and they called me the next day stating that I never came into the office. The phone calls are still coming to this day stating that I have not made any payments.Desired Settlement: I would like for this company to stop contacting me.

Review: I contacted Lendmark Financial Services located in [redacted], MD with a business telephone number of [redacted]. I was calling to discuss the recent "court action" that was entered in the Maryland Judiciary System against me for non-payment. I do admit that I was late making 1 payment for 229.31 by a couple of days but no more than 25 days late and now they are suing me for the balance of 7, 284.99. A representative for Lendmark Financial Services answered my call and transferred me to a [redacted] to assist me wrh my account.

[redacted] initiate the contact with " I am the one that sent you to collections because at the time you were a couple of days late and you only had a five day grace period and no one could contact you, so I contacted the lawyers to inititiate a wage garnishment". I said to [redacted] are you serious I was not late for no more than 25 days and you are ready to garnish my check for this. This is not fair.. she began yelling further that in a way that I thought was unprofessional to me as a customer that needed clarification of why I was being targeted for being late.

She said that she indeed made a mistake but it is too late to contact the Lawyers office because they are now closed so she can help me buy having me to signing some forms. I told her why would I sign any forms when my account is current. She said you need to sign the "dam forms" in a penetrating tone and then hung up the phone.

I calmly called the business line back to find out what representative hung up on me while I was discussing my account. The person that answered the phone said her name was "[redacted], Manager of this branch office and she admitted to hanging up the phone because I was not listening to her she said. I asked her if she could tell me her name and she began yelling her name to me in a fashion that I know and she knows that is unacceptable for me to write down, so I asked her to say it and spell it so that I can identify the angry employee. Once I receive the correct spelling of [redacted] name I implied to her that this is very wrong and unacceptable to me as a customer. [redacted] began to say look he cannot even spell my last name in a joking and hilarious manner. I told her that you are wrong and I will contact the Revdex.com and report this nonsense.Desired Settlement: I would like to make my payments at another branch and have my name removed from a judge ment being entered when I am rpast due for a payment.

I also would like my account to be transferred to another branch within Lendmark.
