Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Dispute Resolution Department: Thank you for advising us of the opportunity to respond to above-referenced complaint filed by [redacted] The essence of Mr [redacted] complaint is that he is due a refund of $ We agree and that refund is in process Mr [redacted] made a partial online payment of less than the balance due Disclosure is included on the LendNation website that payment of less that the full amount will result in deposit of the original collateral amount on the due date as agreed by contract When this collateral payment cleared Mr [redacted] bank account, an overpayment of $was posted to his LendNation account Because Mr [redacted] has moved out of state and cannot pick up the refund at our branch, it is being mailed to his new home address Thank you, [redacted] Of Counsel [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have not received any type of refund of an overpayment, and my account is still showing a balance due of $even though the account has been paid in full Sincerely, [redacted]

Dispute Resolution Department: Thank you for the opportunity to discuss [redacted] ’ additional correspondence regarding the above-referenced complaint. Following our initial response on October 18, which indicated that a $68.55 refund was in process, Mr. [redacted] put a stop on the ACH payment that created the credit. Mr. [redacted] indicated that this ACH, in the amount of $503.16, his regularly scheduled payment amount, was an “unauthorized debit”. After this stop payment was processed, Mr. [redacted] had an account balance with LendNation as of November 1 in the amount of $481.61. This balance does take into account an online, partial payment of $300 that successfully cleared Mr. [redacted] ’ bank account. Due to the account balance, Mr. [redacted] ’ debt continues to accrue interest. We recommend that Mr. [redacted] contact the branch if he desires to make payment arrangements. Thank you, [redacted] Of Counsel
