DO NOT EVER GET A LOAN FROM THESE PEOPLE ! SINCE THEY ARE A TRIBAL LOAN COMPANY SHOULDNT GIVE THEM THE RIGHT TO CAHRGE 440% INTEREST I BORROWED 1K AND HAVE PAID 392 FOR 8 PAYMENTS AND STILL OWE 2250 AND FOR THE 8 PAYMENTS PAID I PAYED WELL OVER THE 1K I BORROWED FOR 8 PAYMENTS OF 392 IT EQUALS 3100K AND STILL OWE 6 MORE MONTHS AT THE END I WOULD BE SENDING THEM 4,704 FOR A 1K LOAN
I’ve reached out to customer service they this company with no help. I am unable to keep making these payments. I have paid over 1167 dollars for a 500 dollar loan, that is devoted out of my account weekly. Unable to pay off the loan , the amount keeps going up. Last week layoff was 5 now it’s 641. Loan has been repaid in full.
I took out a $1000 loan on Dec 30th. The loan showed up in my account on Jan 3rd. I paid the loan back immediately ( same day I received funds) for 1077.81. This was paid off in full.
On January 19th I received an email stating I missed my January 19th payment and my account was in collections. First, how are you going to send an email and say I missed a Jan 19th payment on Jan 19 at 10 am?
I’m so glad I have screenshots of everything.
To make matters worse, these liars and thieves, told me that my DEBIT CARD payment of 1077.81 was returned NSF. I spent hours on the phone with these frauds and even had CHASE bank representative confirm it was paid and never returned.
I have never in my life seen such frauds.
After a Chase representative confirmed to a Lendumo rep that the transaction was paid, lendumo continued to claim it wasn’t.
I sent them an email of the transaction and date POSTED.
I also asked for proof of their claim that a DEBIT card payment was returned and they won’t do it. They demanded I send a bank statement.
So here you have my bank ( largest bank in US) telling these thieves that the debit card payment cleared and they deny.
This is illegal.
The 700% interest rate is also illegal.
I have researched in my state and can not find that lendumo is registered anywhere.
I have filed complaints with the FTC and Consumer financial protection bureau and provided proof of payment and all screenshots. I also recorded every conversation with them and am filing complaints with Experian Equifax and Transunion today that my identity has been compromised and will provide same proof of transaction paid from Chase Bank.
Do not fall victim to these frauds.
