Lenfest Media Group

The shelves supposed to grip the corner of the shower however, the shelves do not grip the corners and they fall down as soon as you put something on them. How do you keep them in place? I really like them but, they would not stay up. Any suggestions would help.

I'm a frequent buyer of As Seen On TV products. By absolute coincidence, I've purchased 2 products where Lenfest was listed on the retail package. One was a cat toy, the other a dog ball... Both items had minor problems that they resolved right away. Thank you!

Ordered the Roto Clipper and it is junk. Does not work, put a dispute on the charge with my bank just to make sure I get my money back can't trust them for my refund

My Roto Clipper is useless (the blade does not rotate) and I'm unable to contact Lenfest by email. As I'm in the UK, sending it back, writing a letter or phoning the USA will be costly.
Why do they not have an online contact facility on their website?
