I had two times electrical water heater problems in the house I bought on 08/17/Lennar is responsible to solve this problem since I have two years' warranty in electrical problemsI am having problems with my guests, and I do not want to wait 3-days until Lennar decide to let us know that it is not its responsibilityI will meet with my lawyer to sue Lennar judicially for this to be resolved, because all the issues we had transferred to Lennar warranty had to re do the job more than one timeThe service was not done correctly, and that is why we had the same issues againWe had issue in the dryer exhaust this year too, and Lennar said the problem was the dryer (machine/brand)We called them, they gave us a report stating the dryer was working perfectly fineAfter weeks we had to require again Lennar to fix the problemIt was a construction problem, and the exhaust was blockedEvery time we have a problem, it seems to be easier blame someone elseOne more thing, we scheduled many times with Kyle from Lennar to go to the property to fix the issues, and he didn't show upAgain, we had to wait
We have a group with nearly Paradise Palms owners that complain about Lennar's poor customer service, roofing, gutters, poor build quality, and a lot of other issuesI believed when the broker said it was a respected and the third-largest series company in the country, but I do not see respect in this companyI hope that you solve my housing problems without the need for legal actionI reiterate that the dissatisfaction I have is the same as that of more than a hundred owners participating in the group to which I am affiliated
