The customer and I discussed his concerns yesterday, September 29, I agreed to complete the following work in the next two weeks; caulk and paint several siding nail penetrations and paint several exterior trim brackets. Lennar is truly sorry the customer was not
satisfied, we take great pride in providing our customers with excellent service

No further response is necessary, the purchase agreement was canceled; and a cancellation and release agreement was signed by the *** and Lennar

I am rejecting this response because:
Lenna practices consumer ripped off by in the first place installed inferior materials to built the house in order to cut their cost so that is why the used material is short life (rotten) compare to their former houses built which were better built and well protected from the elements. They should at least make it right in the first place instead of your warranty is expired we have no business with you anymore (built and run, the tainted (dirty) business attitude: Buyer be WARN and BEWARE; I'm just doing my part to bring their unethical business behavior to light for the general public consumer)

I am rejecting this response because:Lennar continues to not take responsibility for misrepresenting what they sold us and haven't made any attempt to resolve the customer service issues. We will not accept threats and bullying.

I am rejecting this response because:First off the only reason the roof was looked into was me calling Gaf myself. December 1, I talked to Brett he blew me off for weeks and no one responded until I met with gaf. Their is no such thing as a Air bubble in a roof. If you know anything about a roof. A soffit brings in air to the roof and the air vents on the roof vent it. I had a professional roofer look at the roof and he  sent over his recommendations to Lennar. Of course you roofer said the roof is ok. He put the roof in and doesn’t want to replace it. Also the way the siding was bulging out in areas on the sides of the home. Also how you install barn doors and scratch them on install. Repair the wall and not replace or repair the gouged metal support and just install it again not repaired. The list goes on and on Lennar has no customer service or respect for their customers. The way management treated me will never be forgot. I will tell as many people I know how bad this build went and how cheap and poor construction of  homes Lennar builds. Patty you need a customer service class to know how to deal with people. You were rude and condescending to me and my wife. Jeff you looked pissed off the first time I met you and were not much better than Patty. You both should retire and find something that makes you happy.
