We rented a property from tihs company for our trip to Disney World January 2020. We came back one evening from the parks and had no water in the home. After investigation with the community manager as we received NO call back from the company, we found out that the water to the home had been shut off due to non payment of the water bill. We called the emergency number provided to use on our rental information for several hours with no return call ever from the company. We emailed the company and at 10:30 that night received an email reply that the water would be turned on the next day and sorry for the inconvenience. We paid a lot for this rental and non payment of a bill should in no way be an excuse for no water. No one wishes that on a vacation as we could not prepare food, take showers, flush toilets, etc. We had park tickets the next morning and had to delay use of our tickets (thousands of dollars spent) in order to wait for water to be turned back on. No one from the company ever checked in with us to ensure the water was restored and to offer any sort of compensation. I have reached out to the company and received no response to let them know that their customer service is unacceptable and asking what they will do to compensate for the issue that occurred.

Desired Outcome

Refund We would like a partial refund of our rental for the week for the day we did not have any use of water. Also, wanted Revdex.com to be aware that this occurred and of the very poor customer service management. Of note, booking was made through *** but other communication came from *** (unclear as to whether this is the same business)

booked the house via my Book *** Homes site. I don't manage the house she stayed in it's manage by ***. *** did called the Book *** Homes phone which I did missed her call. She left a message about the issue. So I called the *** the management company to see what's going on and I was informed that they've sorted the billing issue out and the water will be turn back on in the morning. Also I was told they would speak to *** in the morning about compensation. Please note that the owners of the house pays there own water bill. But from this case filed I see nothing was done. I do apologize for this. I can offer *** $100 refund back to her credit card for the inconvenience she had that night.
