After speaking with [redacted] the first time, I used our point-of-sale system to find gift cards sold for that amount in that time frameI found only one on that dateUpon researching the usage of that card, I determined that the card purchased was used on October for a boot purchase.Our system does connect gift cards to any particular customer nameWe do not process gift cards for payment without the actual card, since we have no way of knowing to whom the card belongs unless it is in hand at the time of purchaseI did ask [redacted] if she could provide a receipt, since that would show the actual gift card number purchased on September 12th, for further researchShe did not do so.I regret that the customer feels Lenny's Shoe & Apparel is not providing the desired response in the matterHowever, we have researched the situation to the best of our abilities and come to this conclusion.I would be happy to speak to you further if neededI can be reached at [redacted] or ***@lennyshoe.com
