I ordered a American Club 7.5" for my daughter's lunch. The employee by the name of Kush asked for my toppings. I stated, I would like mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, & (regular serving) honey mustard. As he rung my order up, I noticed he charged me a $1.00 for honey mustard. I asked him, why was I being charge for a condiment; & he couldn't justify his actions. I politely asked him to exclude the honey mustard, & he oblige. After Kush prepared & finished her sandwich, I noticed her sandwich was looking more so like a 4.5" or 5" sandwich instead of a 7.5" !! Since I was very displeased with the service & product, I asked him for a refund. Kush stated, I couldn't get a refund; because he felt like nothing was wrong with the sandwich. I asked to speak to the manager &/or the owner; and he refused to give me their contact information. He was very rude, irrational, & unprofessional. This store doesn't have any postings stating "no refunds/exchanges on food" or an extra fee for honey mustard. Out of frustration, I drove down the street to their Corporate Office to file a formal complaint & bring awareness to the matter. However, Corporate informed me of Lenny's being a franchise only & really couldn't assist me in the matter at the moment. I contacted another Lenny's manager & she enlighten me of all the complaints in regards to the Hacks Cross' store...And especially the complaints against Kush not allowing refunds to the customers !! I was so upset, I vented to the friendly & professional employees at ***. Not only did they "not" charge extra for their honey mustard; but also, gave my daughter a cookie, chips, & drink to go along with her sandwich free of charge. Since this incident, I most definitely won't ever patronize any Lenny's shop again, nor recommend the Hacks Cross location to anyone !!

Refund I would like a refund ($7.12) back to my *** debit card as soon as possible; especially since, I left the product in the store with Kush. Also, someone in administration need to conduct a intense meeting with the owner, manager & staff of this location; so they can improve their customer service skills and be more knowledgeable on how to manage & maintain a business!!
THE REFUND HAS BEEN ISSUED. SHE CLAIMED THE SANDWICH WAS NOT BIG ENOUGH WHEN IT WAS BEING PREPARED IN FRONT OF HER, SHE SAID THAT AT THE END WHEN THE SANDWICH WAS WRAPPED. SHE ALSO HAD LOGGED A COMPLAINT TO OUR CORPORATE. WE HAD REFUNDED AT THAT POINT BUT I CHECKED AGAIN WITH OUR CREDIT CARD PROCESSING COMPANY AND MADE SURE SHE WAS REFUNDED. THANK YOU.

I "NEVER" received a refund from Lenny's then nor now !! The rude & arrogant employee named Kush refused to give me a cash refund or credit refund...He only wanted to argue with me about how nothing was wrong with the sandwich. Plus, my bank*** isn't showing a refund posted to my bank account. The "unopened" sandwich was left in the store with Kush. Even one of the other employees agreed that the 7"sandwich didnt look like it was the appropriate size. And yes, if a customer isn't pleased with their purchase or service; than they either request a refund or never return to that establishment again. Regardless of the matter, I need my funds returned back to my account; because I definitely wasn't satisfied with my purchase. And overlooking the years of negative reviews (the ones that wasn't deleted from their site like mine) for this location, this location is notorious for trying to rip their customers off !!
