Review: I hit a deer with my vehicle. There were significant damages: busted radiator - the hood was completely crinkled back, the headlights were crooked, etc. I had expensive, full coverage insurance with Nationwide. They informed me that if I allowed their "preferred" repair location to perform the work on my vehicle, the work would be guaranteed for 10 years. So I allowed my car to be repaired by their preferred location, Lenoir Collision Center. The repair company worked with the insurance company to completely screw me over. They told me that many of the damages were not due to the deer accident, they refused to perform even an alignment, my headlights have been crooked ever since, my windshield wiper fluid has not worked, etc. I recently hit another deer, the damage was not nearly as bad as the first accident. I took my car to another location after the horrible experience of being SCREWED by Lenoir Collision. They pointed out all of the damage that was not repaired from the first accident, they could clearly tell that Lenoir Collision had rejected my washer fluid line, headlight problems, etc., confirming what I knew to be true in the first place. NEVER take your car to Lenoir Collision Center, they will screw you over. I only wish to WARN OTHERS. There is nothing that they can do at this point. It is likely that my car was totaled during the accident, and they rejected many of the repairs in order to bring the costs down for the insurance company.Desired Settlement: There is nothing that Lenoir Collision can ever do to make this up to me. There were things that I told them were working on my vehicle prior to the accident that no longer worked. There was nothing that they were willing to do at the time except proceed to screw me over.
