Lenox Garage Door Repair

The garage door works nicely and technicians were knowledgeable and professional so I have no complaints about them. My complaint is with the owner/manager. Before the technicians left, they did something that made the sensor lights not work. The sensors worked fine before they arrived and during the spring/pully replacement. Later that day I noticed they were not working. I called the company a few days after the repair and the owner said "your garage door works, right?". I said yes but the sensor lights were working before and it's a safety feature, they bumped something.
He said I have to pay another $39 service fee and then they'll diagnose it and I have to pay for the repair. The spring/pully repair was an expensive repair, $100/hr for labor, $39 service fee, plus parts, plus tips. The repair came with a 7-year warranty, which they are not honoring. I will not use this business again, I'd rather spend my money on an honest business.
