Review: RE: LENOX HILL HOSPITAL

This hospital contacted a purported law firm claiming that I owe them money is vague, deceptive, inaccurate, and fictitious. Not only do they not provide details, such as any hospitalization dates, reasons for service, or itemized billing, they also fail to provide my legal name, age, date of birth, as well as acknowledge my nearly 45 years of having full and complete medical coverage.

Even so, although there are many individuals named [redacted], I am the first one who shows up on [redacted], the only celebrity public figure named [redacted], and the only one who owns the official website [redacted]" so naturally, with my net worth also listed on various celebrity venues, I would be the ideal and only one targeted.

As a direct but general response:

· My maiden name prior to marriage is "[redacted]", not [redacted] and I have never registered anywhere, at any hospital, with that middle initial.

· "[redacted]" is not the name I would go by at any doctor's offices or hospitals, primarily and specifically because I am married.

· My family has health insurance, with me listed by my married name, so all doctor's visits and hospitalization are fully covered.

· I have not been to the hospital specified recently, nor have I ever received any correspondence from such hospital.

· Clearly this organization has the wrong [redacted] but they've got the right one when it comes to fighting them.

In regards to their specific "complaint", labeled 1 to 5:

1.) They allegedly claim I owe them money, yet they never contacted me directly.

2.) I never transacted business with this organization.

3.) There was never an "agreement" between me and the listed hospital, nor is there an exact agreement specified in the documentation.

4.) No conditions were performed by the hospital and, again, no agreement has been listed.

5.) I am not the [redacted] who "refused to perform" at a hospital. I did not leave a balance due anywhere. Once again the "said agreement" is not listed, because it is a fictitious lie and scam.

In response to their "second" notation, labeled number 6:

6.) I have zero debt and do not owe any organization anything. I have impeccable credit and good standing with everyone I do business with.

Also, I was alerted by my doormen for several days regarding a man "dressed like he was from the street", coming to my home asking for me, claiming he "had something for me" (he finally ended up leaving paperwork) trying to see me in person. Being a celebrity and a mother, it caused much alarm, and resulted in me pulling my son out of school, notifying the police, and overall fearing the safety and lives of myself and my family. All because of a direct attempt to harass the only [redacted] with a high net worth publicly listed, therefore the easiest and most desirable to try and hustle money from.

When you [redacted] the very first search engine results page reveals their information on a web site entitled [redacted], followed by a Harassment section dedicated entirely to them at [redacted], and an unsatisfactory business report via Revdex.com.org. That said, it baffles me that a supposed prominent hospital would seek representation by such a scamming, criminal behaving law firm.

Not only do I dispute this wrongful, libelous accusation, I will also be filing a complaint against this so-called law firm (debt collector) as well as the hospital listed, with:

· Revdex.com (Revdex.com)

· DCA (Department of Consumer Affairs)

· FTC (Federal Trade Commission)

· The New York State Bar Association

· NY Courts (Inspector General's Office)

· AG (New York Attorney General's Office)

I will also plan to sue this so-called law firm (debt collector) as well as the hospital listed, for any and all possible legal fees incurred as well as punitive damages (libel, harassment, stalking, causing me to fear for the safety of myself and my family, mistakenly threatening my good credit, wasting my time on frivolity, etc.) all derived from a hospital bill that is clearly not mine.

I am demanding this questionably ethical hospital and purported law firm remove my personal information from their records against a person named [redacted] and I demand that they state in writing that they will never, ever harass and bother me again.

Sincerely,

(Note: For security reasons, my signature will be in my maiden name because I do not feel comfortable or safe revealing to this scam organization my legally married one.)Desired Settlement: Not only do I dispute this wrongful, libelous accusation, I will also be filing a complaint against this so-called law firm (debt collector) as well as the hospital listed, with:

Review: I was sent to Lenox Hill Radiology on 11/*/2014 for a calcium scoring test. I paid for the test at the time of the visit, however, I am receiving a bill for $141.71 and subsequently sent to collections for a visit I do not owe. I spoke to my doctors office, and it is customary to send patients for a calcium scoring test which is not covered by insurance and all the patient is responsible for as per Lenox Hill Hospital is $110.00, which I paid at the time of service.

On 1/*/2015, I spoke to Jennifer at phone number ([redacted]) at LHH Radiology department who said she will take care of it and has not done so. I spoke with Jennifer again on 11/**/2015 and she promised to look into it again, but has not returned my call. While they are all looking into it, I have to deal with my credit being compromised.Desired Settlement: Billing adjustment – if products or services were incorrectly charged
