Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and acknowledge that the funds have now been credited to me as promised.While my financial complaint has been resolved, neither an acknowledgment nor an apology has been offered for the way I was treated by the "customer service" department of Lenox Medical, dba [redacted]. Their phone system was not answered any of the times I called on July 16th. When a company representative did did finally reply to my multiple messages he wouldn't let me finish speaking, repeatedly interrupting me and accusing me of being wrong without ever hearing what I had to say. When my volume escalated to try to continue despite his interruptions, I was immediately told I was hysterical, out of control, and possibly their stupidest customer. I found his manner, as well as that of his manager, to be hostile, mysogynist, and so harsh as to border on verbal abuse. Sincerely, [redacted]

The driver did come in at 1:55 pm on Jan 8 and retreived the wheelchair. The driver's name was Tonna and I asked him to send me an email confirming receiptt of the wheelchair. He said he would doso. It is now 2:46 pm and I am still waiting to receive the email. Assuming that I don't hear from the business again regardig this matter, I will not pursue any furtther action.
