Lenox Roofing Repair

I hired Lenox Roofing Repairs Inc to come give a quote on repairing a leak in my roof. It’s January in Minnesota so I did not expect it could be fixed quickly but I needed to know the ballpark cost for fixing the issue, even if the actual repair needed to wait until spring. They sent a technician out for a $79.00 fee to give a quote. It wasn’t until the technician got here that he explained he couldn’t give me the quote but would instead take pictures and measurements to submit to his supervisor who would then call me with a quote within 4 business days. Had I known this up front I never would have hired them as I did not have 4 days to wait for a quote. I paid him the fee for the quote and followed up with the office the following day to inquire how long it would take for the quote. The lady who answered was very rude and kept explaining that only the technician can give me a quote but she would not provide any contact info for the technician or a supervisor. When I explained I had paid for a quote and needed a realistic timeline in which I could receive what I’d paid for as well as contact info for whomever would be providing the quote, she hung up on me. When I called back I was immediately hung up on again. This repeated several times and when I finally got through to someone they refused to let me speak with a supervisor or manager. They will no longer answer any calls. Upon reviewing the receipt I was provided, I realized none of the business or contact info matches the business. It’s generic contact info that leads to bounced emails and a dead phone number.
