Review: My Viking microwave turntable was not turning and Viking recommended to me to call Len's appliances of Brooklyn to repair. Two servicemen from Len's came on 10-**-2014, said they required a part which would come in two days and that the repair would be done on 10-**. They requested that I remove the wood to the left, right and under back of microwave so that they can open to complete repair when they return. I gave them a sample insurance form the building would need to complete the repair.. They said I had to pay $125 for the service visit which would go towards the total cost of repair when part (turn style motor) comes. They filled out receipt (which I signed) and I paid in cash. When they saw cash, they crossed out the tax on receipt. I have this receipt from Len's #[redacted] dated 10/**/2014 which lists problem, part number #[redacted] for [redacted] microwave, as well as promised date of service 10/**. I paid another company $500 to remove the wood as required. On 10-[redacted] from Len's called to say part had come and repair was ready but I had to pay an additional $50 for the insurance form as required. This I found odd and asked [redacted] to send me the insurance form as they normally fill out to see if it is ok with building super. She sent me an insurance form for another building for some reason. I requested the correct one and resent her the sample as required, explaining that the form she sent was ok, but should be filled out for the Highpoint as sample. There was no further email contact from [redacted] after 10-**. I called and e-mailed her on Nov *, Nov*, Nov** and Nov **. One time I got through to her on the phone around Nov. [redacted] and she said the order form had been 'lost'. I spoke to one other female late in the evening who could not find form but seemed concerned. All I want is my microwave repaired or my money back . Not only did their repair result in additional damage (They requested that I remove the wood), they did not send me an estimate in advance of the cost as I requested; [redacted] tried to send her repairmen to me on an additional service call without the proper building insurance but I said to email correct form to check with super first. I never received a bill with TAX for their non-service.Desired Settlement: I want the microwave repaired within the week with the correct insurance form at no extra charge, and an apology. I am willing to pay for the Viking part required based on a proper part bill from Viking to Len's.

Otherwise, I want the $125 in cash back, the $500 for the wood I was asked to remove (and replace after repair), the part (turn style motor) they supposedly ordered from Viking for the repair, and $20 for the cost of phone calls and time spent e-mailing and searching for [redacted], and an apology from Len himself for his staff's actions and lack of service.

If I had an email, or attachment method, I can attach or send to Revdex.com copies of all correspondence, copies of invoice of cash paid, insurance form, pictures of microwave, cost of wood removal, etc.
