Dear [redacted],
The above-mentioned complaint was mediated two years ago. An independent, insurance collision repair expert examined the said rear bumper and determined the paint damage to be the result of an impact.
I realize the damage is difficult to see as the plastic bumper flexes on impact then bounces back into shape.
Len's Auto Body stands by their original offer.
Kind regards,

The abovementioned complaint dated 10/13/2014 was addressed on 8/21/2012.
The facts are as follows :- 1. In July of 2010 Len's Auto Body repaired damage to rear...
bumper.
2. August 2012 vehicle came back with damage to rear bumper again.
3. Mrs [redacted] wanted repairs covered under warranty.
4. Along with a representative from the insurance company we explained
that the bumper had been hit and was not covered under warranty.
5. In September 2014 we repaired Mrs. [redacted]'s granddaughters vehicle and
another request to repair the bumper for free was made.
We repair close to 3,000 vehicles per year and have no problem doing warranty work. This new damage is not covered under warranty. We would gladly repair the bumper at our cost since Mrs. [redacted] does not want to make an insurance claim.
Sincerely

Review: Had Paint work done on GMC Envoy after I was hit. They Painted my car and not even a year later it started to chip away were they did the work. Took car in just for some women to tell me they wouldn't cover the work that was done and was extremely rude. I came back again after my grand-daughter had work done on her car and find out that they do cover the work they do. so she convinced me to go in and talk to them again and this time Lens auto body is trying to say that the way the paint spider webbed in that spot normal is because it was hit. There is no damage to that area of my car at all and I feel they are ripping me off by not re-painting their mistake/mess up. I have been informed by others that bad paint will cause a spider webbed effect. Again there is no damage to that area of my car at all. I have never been hit there except when I first took my car to them to be fixed.Desired Settlement: I want the paint to be redone in the spot it has chipped and fallen off like their warranty states.
