Review: I purchased a [redacted] coupon for an eye exam and contacts on September **, 2014 and redeemed the coupon on October *, 2014. The wrong contacts were ordered and the employees said that they would ship the correct contacts to me, as I live in [redacted], approximately 90 minutes drive each way. I've called 4 times requesting my corrected prescription to be emailed or mailed, as I do not have a fax machine. The responses I received were: * The person who does that isn't here. * To follow HIPAA regulations, you will have to stop by in person. * Its a 90 minute drive each way, so I requested that they email it. * We don't email the prescription, we can email a "permission" form (not their exact verbiage). * The owner isn't here, you will have to call back next week. It just went on and on...Desired Settlement: I want my contact prescription with the correct information so that I can purchase new contacts.
