I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, the information is inaccurate. I didn't see the full refund until Saturday the 23rd. They placed three calls to me and sent me an email that was all contradictory to the response made here. Sincerely,

Hello [redacted], I am so sorry there was a delay in your refund to PayPal. As soon as this was brought to my attention I noticed that your order was not fully cancelled. The Biofresh solution was not cancelled at the time the lenses were cancelled. I cancelled it and reached out to our billing...

department to issue the refund to your PayPal account. This refund was issued on Tuesday the 19th around 4:30 PM. I had my lead reach out to you the next morning to advise the refund had been issued and to make sure you were seeing the refund. You advised you did not see the refund in your account.
