We bought a fairly large retractible awning after they came to our home and gave us a quoteThe awning was installed a few weeks later, as they said it would be, and it looked exactly as they said it would and performed perfectlyThe work was done by a great group of guys who were amazingly fast and proficient, and left us a great awningA few weeks later we subjected the awning to an unadvised extreme of weight, and one side was bent down a bitHowever, the thing is so solid only one end of the steel bar attached to the house was twisted a little bit and the sag was able to be corrected with only an adjustment to the supporting armThey came out quickly and didn't charge for the visit, and I am suitably warned not to let it happen again! This company is great to work with and I would highly recommend them

The issue at hand has been resolved as of 12-30- There is a signed agreement by both parties New sash has been ordered as of 12-30- A returned deposit was issued for $ 5,on 12-22- and deposited as of 12-23- Thank you, Dave Gelo

We did respond to all three calls
serif">We told her the company we brought the windows from went out of businessOn her third call she agreed to pay that $service feeWhen I arrived to check the window she said she broke it, but claims she knew nothing about the service fee
We went out in good faith even though the company no longer exits and tried to help her

I had the misfortune to have to do business with the extremely inefficient staff at Remco East in Greenville, NCThey have been unable to take care of even simple matters like handing over the remote for the garage at the time I rented a house to not informing me about important events like when workers were coming over to do important repair workOn top of that, certain staff members are very rude with a racist attitude expressed by condescending mentality towards people who are not English speaking or non white in ethnicityI am disappointed that I would have to deal with these people until my lease is upI definitely would NOT recommend them to any potential tenant or homeowner

Bad news! Ive been a tenant for years and have had many maintenance calls ignoredI've been charged $every season for leaves to be raked (its a 5,sqft lot with a 1,sqft house so the yard is very small) despite any efforts I put in to cut, trim, edge, and rake the property's landscapeIve tried to dispute the absurd charges to remco, but it just turns into a childish "he said she said" debateWe have also verbally agreed on renewing the lease several timesThey preceded to break their word one month before our lease expires (days before graduation) and sent us our day notice to move outThree months when remco and I agreed on renewing the lease, they clearly had no intention to do so and just told me what I wanted to hearSomething very fishy that they'll tell you to do is pay your security deposit to the previous tenant and leave them (remco) out of itI haven't moved out yet but I suspect that getting my deposit back will be next to impossible

Review: I have been wearing glasses for fourteen years and have never had any problems with them as much as I have since going to LensCrafters. I paid good money for my glasses and right away the lenses started to pop out. Then the lenses started cracking. I got them replaced and then behold, they cracked again. When I went in to get new ones I was told nothing could be done. Both the sales people were rude and not helpful. I was told that it must be my fault they cracked. Mind you, I only wear my glasses a few hour a week and they sit by themselves on a table in the case the rest of the time. I was appalled at the way that the customer service was and I don't believe that when a business sells a faulty product that they have no responsibility in fixing it. Every time I have had to go into the store my stomach gets sick and I cringe because I have never had a good experience there and I don't think it's right that I was sold a product that keeps failing and they refuse to make it right. If nothing is done, then I hope that people become more aware of how terrible the customer service and product quality is.Desired Settlement: I would never want another LensCrafters product again.
