Review: On May **, 2013 on Saturday I went to lensmasters to get a pair of vision glasses. I was taken care f by a woman doctor who check my eyes I felt the service was horrible I felt she was rude and did not listen to my concerns. She kept given me to much of a sting prescription that was giving me horrible headaches . She would not even put the lens she had me trying in the machine?! She would just place them on my face and say looks around the room. Not even read the board! From what I know she is license. Now it is August and I have still not yet had my glasses. I wasted 300 and still had to go back and forth picking them up and bring them back and waiting around weeks because they never have a tech on call. They never call me when it's ready I have to chance them down all the time. I asked the owner may I just have my money back because you guys have not given me a correct prescription yet and I can't take what they have for me somewhere else. This is just a waste of money and I feel this is out of control 3months later. I just want my money so I can go where I use to go and never try someone new again.Desired Settlement: I would love my money back . So I can go somewhere else and get my glasses finally after 3months.
