Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 9, 2015/08/08) */ Contact Name and Title: [redacted] Contact Phone: XXX XXX XXXX Contact Email: [redacted] @hotmail.com Mrs [redacted] has already her car back at this time,it's under her possession now, the reason she was not getting her car back is because she did not pay the repossession fees and payments behind complete on her account, she did a partial payment and the finance company was requiring all the fees deposited before authorize the release of her car,the police department release and proof of insurance.And after all the finance company was the one holding the release of the premises due to not compliance of the payments and it was the only one to authorize the release of the collateral since the finance company has interest on it and it was the 3rd time the finance company repossess this same car for non compliance of payment we just did the favor to handle the proper procedures Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (2000, 11, 2015/08/10) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) If im correct the owner stold money from me.......there was proof of itI would like to get my car fixed because since I got it the aidbag light comes on witch is a recall and my oil leaks alot again something they havent tooken care of

We object to Mrs*** complaint due to, she bought a Dodge Neon in our location on 12/23/signing a "Statement of f acts" where she acknowledges that she bought this car completely "as ls",including unibody damage and frame damage and
NO WARRANTY what so everIt means that the dealer does not have any responsibility at any time and under no circumstance to replace,repair or exchange anything on the car, or give any mechanic serviceAttached is the copy of the "Statement of facts" signed by Mrs *** and the copy of the contractIf there is any question about this matter, please feel free to contact our office
