I am rejecting this response because: The chips are not due to a harsh winterI have had other professionals advise me of this.Due to his history of complaints and poor workmanship, I will most likely litigate this in Idaho Courts

Unfortunately we did contact the customer and also came to his home to look at his concrete complaintDue to the harsh winter we had the damage was from the hard winterWe also advised our customer he will need a second coat of sealer in the spring at his expense because the first coat will soak
in if neededBrian at the time of the complaint left a can out of the company's expense to place in the chips of his concreteCustomer was good with that just not happy we did not apply it ourselves.We do not warranty concrete cracks or chips due to the nature of the earth moving or weather.
