Lenz Heating and Cooling

Lenz has been taking care of our heating and cooling needs for a few years now and once again as usual have come through for us, we needed a new AC unit and Al gave us a fair price. His crew put it in this morning and were very hard working and did a great job, they. were very courteous and respectful and I hardly knew that they were here until they left. It is great to know that there are still fair and honest people that don't try to take advantage of senior citizens, a great group of people from Al Himself to the office personal and the crews that work at Lenz. Thank you all so much!!!!!!

The team at Lenz is always outstanding. They've checked my system each year and the techs are always friendly, professional, and honest without pushing for new systems. I also appreciate them working around my teacher schedule. My air went out at the beginning of the summer and the team replaced it for a fair price and within a reasonable timeframe. Any time I've had a concern, owner Al has listened and taken care of the issue promptly and with a sincere apology. Lenz is the only household maintenance call I don't dread!! I highly recommend them to anyone in the DSM area.

We couldn't have had better service from a heating and cooling business! Al and Jenny were very prompt, professional, and their pricing was the best around. They came out on a Sunday afternoon, with no additional costs, to make sure we would be comfortable as soon as possible. --Always reassuring when you find an honest, trustworthy business run by awesome people!!!

It was a pleasure working with Al. He gave us the best price for a new furnace. He didn't want to be undersold, so we got a great deal working with him. He's a class A salesman. He's really easy going and his employees were courteous and respectful. I am happy to be able to support a local business that takes pride in the work they do.
