For more than three months I have been trying to resolve two problems I am having with the leaf guard gutters that the company installed on my house six years ago. Approximately two months ago (after waiting 6 weeks,) a person from Kline showed up at the house to inspect the issues about which I complained. At the time I was told someone would get back to me. Despite repeated phone calls to the company, including [redacted], no one has responded to me. The more critical problem is that on one part of my house, the gutters were improperly installed creating a dam where debris collected and water backed up under the roof shingles. This constant water back up eventually rotted the wood to which the soffit is adhered and the soffit fell off the house. In addition the gutters were guaranteed not to chip, peel or crack for twenty years, but they are losing their paint on the joints and end caps. I am dismayed at this lack of response from this company, as I have been a customer of theirs for 35 years in two different homes.
