Very poor service and they never answer the phone because they only have phone and if there is a issue they don't bother answeringBills are outrageous for only channelsThe internet is high priced and not unlimitedU have mb of download and of upload speed which is not very good yet expect bills over if you use the internet for watching anythingMy bill went to for downloading a game on Xbox for my son because it went past my data capWhile companies like Spectrum let you have mb and no data cap plus tv channels for dollars cable plus is ripping people offSince net neutrality is no more nothing is stopping them from making more money off you
This business is terrible and should sell out to a larger company that can actually provide for its clientsThe fastest speed they can provide is 3mb download and 1mb uploadThey Never answer the phone when you need them and the only way you can pay your bill is by check in the mailThey haven't tried to move forward with the times and their terrible customer service alone will be their undoingRural cable Internet is so hard to come by but it's almost not worth it anyways when you cant even efficiently use the only service provider that will cater to your home
