I spoke with *** *** and offered her a $refund on the price of the tickets she had purchasedWe spoke in great detail about the incident and at the conclusion of our discussion, *** had decided to have us reach out to her about booking vacations for her, One to NYC around Christmas of this year and another to Las Vegas for June of next yearThe $refund was processed on the 25th and *** was advised that it could take 2-weeks for it to arrive via her postal service

Dru W***, Regional Branch Manager, spoke with Ms*** on 1/31/as a result of her complaint to the Revdex.com.It was explained to Ms*** that she may have been on the Web site for another AAA club because we confirmed that the information on our Web site for
AAA East Central is correct. She was not aware that AAA is a group of affiliated clubs across the United States. She was still upset with the charge for $for the photoDru suggested that anytime she has an issue with one of our services to ask to speak with the Branch Manager at the time of the concern so it can be addressed right away. Good Morning,Upon review of our member's concerns, she enrolled in our AutoPay program where dues are automatically paid by using their credit card.When a member signs up for this program, they will receive a renewal statement days prior to their expiration. This statement reads "You've
asked us to charge your annual dues to your card ending XXXX. We will charge your credit card 10-days before your membership expiration." This provides the member approximately days to contact us and cancel the automatic payment.We received a call from the member after the auto payment was processed on 2/8/18. She requested that we refund the amount and she would pay her renewal at time that was better for her.Since ample notice was provided regarding the date that the transaction would take place, we would not refund any overdraft fees.Please let us know if any further information is needed.Thank you,Jodi S***

*** *** ***Feb (days ago)to me Hi *** In regards to *** *** ** *** response to our handling his complaint, all I can tell you is our member services department put in his information that was given to stop any more mailings Just so MrL*** knows, we have to have the exact name and address that shows on the envelope to stop these mailings If he is still getting mailings for the previous tenants then we would need that information which we have not received. Since this takes days for all mailings to stop he needs to wait for this time period to pass before he can determine anything. *** *** ID *** We already received this complaint in the office When the ball joint breaks it is consistent that the axle with also be damaged We cannot determine what caused the axel damage so we could not hold the garage responsible We offered to cover half

As I explained in my last response our contractors are independent and not agents of AAA. We could not determine the cause of the damage and since there is no clear and concise evidence that the damage falls under the liability of the contractor, AAA cannot advise the contractor to make restitution. Again we advise the member to go through other means such as insurance or small claims court. Please look at the Guide to Member Services that was sent with the last correspondence explaining that all our contractors are independent and responsible for any damages. Hi,It would be nice if the AAA car buying service made it clearer that it's sending my personal info to every car dealer who I tried to avoid by using AAA car buying service.It would be even nicer if they contacted everyone whom they sent it to and asked them to stop bothering me and delete my info.Thanks,*** ***

Called [redacted] Tuesday, September19, 2017.  Apologized for the misinformation regarding Plus membership. [redacted] paid $49.00 for Class membership on March 21, 2017.  She paid $22.67 for Plus midyear upgrade on May 10, 2017. Offered to reimburse [redacted]...

[redacted] the $22.76 for Plus upgrade or AAA would waive 2 road service calls from her entitlements leaving her with 2 road service call for the remainder of her membership year January 1, 2018. Resolution:[redacted] wanted 2 road service calls waived.  AAA has waived 2 road service call off her entitlement so [redacted] will have 2 road service calls remaining for the membership year expiring January 1, 2018.  [redacted] satisfied with resolution.
