03/30/ AAA has inspected the damage and could not determine the cause of the damage Since there is no clear and concise evidence that the damage falls under the liability of the contractor, AAA cannot advise the contractor to make restitution Member was advised he could go through other means such as insurance or small claims court We gave him the contractor's information to proceed with either of these.Please see attached a copy of the Member's Risk from our Guide to Member Services, explaining that all our contractors are independent and responsible for any damages.Sincerely, Beryl G***AAA East Central [redacted]
