Dru W [redacted] , Regional Branch Manager, spoke with Ms [redacted] on 1/31/as a result of her complaint to the Revdex.com.It was explained to Ms [redacted] that she may have been on the Web site for another AAA club because we confirmed that the information on our Web site for AAA East Central is correct She was not aware that AAA is a group of affiliated clubs across the United States She was still upset with the charge for $for the photoDru suggested that anytime she has an issue with one of our services to ask to speak with the Branch Manager at the time of the concern so it can be addressed right away She was very open to that.Dru offered to send her a check for $and the request was processed and mailed to her home address.Please let us know if you need any additional information.Thank you,Jodi S*Manager of the Member Relations GroupAAA East Central
