I am really not sure there is a satisfactory resolution for Ms***, but the simple fact is as far as this office is concerned she owes this debt and until we receive adequate letter from a previous agency stating this was paid prior, collection calls will continue. As Director of Operations at Leo James Mae and Associates I have done everything I could to help Ms*** resolve this issue. Every accusation she has made toward this company I have been able to debate with an answer. In her last compliant she stated she did not ask for an email, although she previously stated she never received correspondence from this company. I have attached the original letter that was provided to Ms *** mailing address that we had when the loan was received. So, again we have mailed and emailed her whatever she has asked for. This letter was never returned to us, so we have to assume she received it. Hopefully Ms*** will understand the circumstance of this debt and call our office so that we can help her to the best of our ability to avoid future collection calls. Thanks for ALL your time

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. They lied about contacting my son or saying that my husband is employedMy husband receives food stamps and that is all he receivesHe has applied for disability and has not received anything as of yetNobody has contacted my son about my living conditionsMy son, husband and I live in my sons car, I don't feel as if they should be lying about this information I don't know who they supposedly talked to but they shouldn't be allowed in business if they lie about people's situtationsI have no reason to lie, I wish I had a place to live, but nobody will hire a disabled person even with an education.Regards,*** ***

I sincerely apologize if Ms*** felt as though she was not getting the respect she thought she deserved. I have addressed my employee about the proper procedure when a customer asks to speak with a supervisor. The reason Ms*** was told we can not do $a month is because
those are the guidelines set forth from the client. Leo James Mae and Associates does not own this account and we are only third party. Ms*** proceeded to tell us that she is homeless and living in her sons car along with her husband. Unfortunately for Ms*** we were able to verify with the resources available to us that her husband is employed and after speaking with her son, indicated to me that his mother is NOT living in his car or paying the insurance as she indicated to me several times. I definitely sympathize with her situation but as indicated to her several times the client set guidelines and we must follow- them. She is more than welcome to call this office and we can set her up on a hardship program. Thank you for your time

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Before this ridiculous message, I was prepared to file this as settledI will now be pursuing *Legally due to the actions of Mrs***I do not accept as she is twisting my wordsWhen I say I am trying to settle the matter amicably, I would share information with them to show the accounts they were sold by ** *** are bunk and in turn ** *** were duped by *** *** and *** *** *** *** *** created Fake Loan Documents that they have sold times with my name on itcommon sense, which Mrs *** seems to lack would tell you if I didn't pay back loan, they wouldn't fund me However, instead of helping them get their money back and stopping the harassment that Lisa *** and her bunch of hooligans put on people with less means than myself who cant defend myself, I will make it my mission to hold them legally accountable to the fullest extent of the lawI have requested information with no monetary connectionNow that I have to bring this to litigation, I will have to pay for the lawyers somehow and this communication will be included in that complaintThe lies are what makes me the most angryThe Mr*recording does in fact state"This is intended for me: This is Mr *, there has been a formal claim against you, please contact legal services to reference claim number or hit any key to link back to a live agent" You are not legal services, you are telling me that there is a claim with a legal service which you are notRegards,*** ***

I apologize for the length of time that it has taken me to respond to this compliant, but I am waiting for a response from the client regarding the original paperwork Mr *** filled out at the store when the loan was obtained. I have emailed them again this morning explaining the
urgency for this paperwork

In response to the inquiry.  It is this companies policy to remove the employer number from the account of debtor upon either written or verbal request from either debtor or employer.   It would be out of company policy for Ms [redacted] to have told the employer she would not adhere...

to this policy.   Ms [redacted] has been a [redacted] term employee and typically does not move away from company policy.    We have discussed this issues with Ms [redacted] and made our policy clear which she has indicated she understood.  We have removed the number provided  [redacted] )on the complaint from the account and will not contact the debtor at this number moving forward.      Please let me know if there is anything else you need on this.  I trust this will resolve this complaint properly.    Chuck [redacted] PresidentLeo James Mae[redacted]

To Who It May Concern:  I am responding to a letter we received on dated August 5"' 2015 regarding a complaint from a  consumer on 08/04/2015 at 4:50:19 PM. Assigned ID [redacted].  I understand that [redacted] made a complaint to the Revdex.com stating that our company was a scam....

Please understand that Leo James Mae and Associates is not at all a scam but a collection agency. This customer incurred a loan from Hydra Financial on 06/06/2013 in the amount of $260.00 and had it directly deposited into her checking account with M and T bank. After receiving the loan she immediately closed her acct, so that the client could not receive their payments back. I also noticed in the complaint that the consumer stated that we as company can not provide her proof of the debt and that she spoke to one of my representatives and stated to them that she was going to contact the Revdex.com and that they hung up on her. I have reviewed the notes on the account thoroughly and we have never spoken to this customer directly. Finally, I will address the statement she made about of contacting family members. This is a true  allegation and we did follow protocol. We contacted family members for location information only and never disclosed the reason for our call. I have attached proof of the debt and the account notes from the account. I hope that this clears up thecomplaint, knowing that Leo James Mae and Associates followed the FDCPA regulations for collecting a debt. Thank You for your time. Please feel free to call me with any questions you may have. Sincerely;  Lisa Marie [redacted]Operations Manager 3656 Milestrip Rd. Blasdell, NY 14219 [redacted]

Here is my final response:  I don't want to go back and forth with communication "He said, She said..."  because the bottom line is I paid back the one loan I received and I have proof.  I will not pay money to someone I do not owe!  I have asked several times for them to send me any documentation regarding this loan and they never do although they say they have.  For some stupid reason,  I got a settlement offer via email. There will be no settlement because I do not owe this money. So until I receive proof in the mail (the USPS, not  email) that funds were deposited into my bank account (which I will not receive because those documents don't exist) this situation is where it was from day one.  Nowhere.  I have told this company to stop calling me soooo many times and I will just see them in court with all their proof, but that never happens.  I just keep getting calls from the same company but from a different phone number and different person and have to keep explaining over and over the whole situation from over the years. I am done.  Stop calling me or take me to court. That is my final response.
