[redacted] completed a credit application with the intent of purchasing a carBased on the information stated on the credit app we received an approval for a loanHe then left a $deposit so we would hold the vehicle for himAs we were putting together the deal the financial institution asked for proof of residency and incomeHe could only prove less than half the amount of income he stated on the credit appWe were still trying to get him the loan when he told us he had to stop payment on the $check because his mortgage company would not allow him to write a check over $so he gave us two checks for $each and asked us to hold one for a weekWe informed him at that time that he would need to pay a fee of $for stopping payment on the check, he agreed and gave us his debit card to run, which was rejectedHe said to take the $out of one of the $checksWhen we were unable to get him financed and assured the $che ck cleared his bank we refund him $220, marked the other $check as voided and returned it to the customer [redacted] then called yelling at me and treating that he was going to go to the Revdex.comI explained that we were charged for the stop pmt and he had agreed to the feeHe said that he wanted a black mark on usPlease let me know if you need further information
