Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowMarch 17, TO: Revdex.com serving Central VA RE: ID [redacted] against Leo Lantz Construction The note from ***, the estimator implied that he had ½ weeks of mutual discussion and project (master bath remodeling) refinement between the Jan30th visit to our home and when he emailed the estimate on Feb 24thWe had not discussed anything with [redacted] after the initial visit My husband phoned to ask when the estimate would arrive but no “refinement” of the project His emailed estimate was sent to the correct email address on MarIt was also copied to the Revdex.com The $31,estimate did not include the cost of replacing the floor nor any specificity in amount to be spent for materials or labor The estimate was only good for days That is the exact time between Feb24th and Mar11thIn other words the contract bid was no longer valid If Lantz Construction did not want to do our remodeling project we would have appreciated a timely response not as a result of a complaint filed by the Revdex.com The complaint was NOT RESOLVED SATISFACTORILY The price did not reasonably describe the remodeling project nor did it give a final price Regards, [redacted] ***
