Leo Nail Spa

Went to Leo Nail Spa in Parma for a morning pedicure appointment. Paid for my service with a credit card.
Right before 5 PM I received a call from an unknown number. I usually don’t answer unknown numbers. It went to voicemail. I later found a message from Leo the owner, accusing me of walking out without paying. He went on to say I got up and walked out and if I don’t come back and pay for my service he’ll call the police. I was livid. I returned the call. (To put it mildly) I told him who I was and why I was calling. I told him I paid. He asked if I paid with cash or credit. I told him credit, and I had my receipt in my hand as we speak. And that he also should have their copy that I signed! It also was showing on my online bank account as posted. I asked him if he called everyone that paid with credit today accusing them of not paying and threatening them with the police, or was it just me?! And that whatever issue there is it’s on their end! He said when I called you didn’t pick up, so I had to leave a message. I told him if I don’t recognize a number, I don’t pick up. It’s my right! My phone!
I guess he thinks it’s appropriate to threaten someone if they don’t answer. He offered me no explanation. No I’ll look into this further. I apologize if we’ve made a mistake. Nothing. I was so aggravated I eventually just hung up. Haven’t even heard back from this place. I decided to not just let this go and brush it under the rug. It’s a big deal. So I’m putting it out there so people can decide for themselves if they want to give this place their business. When you’re a business owner and you accuse someone of not paying, you better make sure 100%, without a doubt that you’re right. And this wasn’t the case.
Word of advice, if you decide to go here, save your receipt like I did. I can’t count how many times I just throw out random receipts after I manage my checking account or finances. Apparently with this place you just never know...
