[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Hello,This letter is in response to Patrick Church’s letter to you I’m rejecting this response because the majority of his remarks are untrue I requested the key to my property because after numerous attempts of contacting him, he failed to show up each time that he said he would Therefore, I asked him to return the key What he didn’t mention is that he “still” has the key to my property so he had access at that time He had five months to complete my home, and according to my neighbors, he would only show up once a week and would only stay for approximately an hour or two He mentioned that my home was over 80% complete which is untrue My home was evaluated at only 55% completed two weeks after I returned I was not aware that he was ill until the day I moved back into my home That’s the excuse that he used in explaining why my home was a mess I was very upset because my home looked like a construction zone on the day of the move The toilet was in the middle of my living room floor, none of the new floors were down, sheet rock walls, electrical wires hanging out, no framing around the windows, a few windows still boarded up, nasty tub and no bathroom vanity And the list goes on I do have pictures and a video There were time when I would go down to my home to see how things were going, and each time, it appeared like nothing was being done When I would call Patrick to ask him how things were going, he would say that he was at the house working and things were going well What he didn’t realize is that I was at the house so that confirmed what my neighbors were saying .he was never there.I’m very disappointed in the more than half finished work that Patrick has performed beings that he was paid more than some people make in a year And knowing that not only did he purchase himself a new truck, but that he also bought a new car for his wife, I believe he spent most of the money for his own gain, and that is why he could complete my home in a timely manner I will be taking further steps in this matter It’s time that contractors like this be held accountable for their actions.Regards,

was very upset with me, because I was a couple of weeks off schedule to complete the Job. I explain to [redacted] that I was ill and was unable to work. I called her the first day I felt ill, My illness lasted a little over a week. return to her Job the first day I felt better and was willing to complete her job. [redacted] who seem to be a kind woman was irritated to the point of being annoyed by my presence on the job and ask me to return her key, When I left her job it . was a little over 80% done. Review: Patrick Church did not complte work that he was paid to do.

Electrically work was not complted

Plumbing work was not complted

Windows were not installed.

Primeing paiting and sanidng was done unsatisfactory

Bathroom was not complted

Patric was paid for work that he did not complete and does not plan on complteing. The work that he claims weas complted was done horribly and needs to be redone. The plunbing is esxposes wires are every where in the home and he is himself called the house ragedy.

He said the work would be complted in May of 2013 and it was not complted. He has made excuses and is not honnoring his comitment.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the inadequet work and uncomeplted work.
