Review: Poor workmanship, backed out of a promise to fix, confrontational.
Leo jones propane in burney ca came to put a new regulater on my water tank. Shortly after I smelled propane and realized it was leaking soot all over garage. Thousands in damage. Almost blew up. They came and fixed it promptly and I was promised a full tank of propane by the owners son because he knew he was to blame for the faulty parts and loss of propane. I get a bill for 300, and my wife went down there and was treated very disrespectfully. So I went down. He proceeded to threaten me and followed me to my car. His son had to pull him off me. Very threateniing and UN professional as it gets

There was an issue with the water heater not burning properly so me and the home owner not the tenant listed above decided it would be best just to replace the unit since it was over 10 years old. There was no leaks on the water heater it was not burning properly so it built up soot in the combustion chamber causing a bad smell and soot on the walls which was the extent of the damage.

Me and an employee went out and replaced the water heater as soon as we could get a replacement for the home owners an he and his wife were very pleased with our service and still are.

There was no promise made to fill the tank for the tenants which he came in screaming about accusing me of calling him a liar and there was no reasoning with him. Which the home owner had already agreed to give teh tenants a credit on there rent knowing that the problem wasnt our fault.

We like to keep all of our customer happy and want them to enjoy doing buisness with us and strive to make that a reality with each account.

Mr [redacted] sr is a bold face liar. First of all, he never even came out to the house. It was his son ,jr. What he also fails to mention is that he was there a month earlier putting a new part on the heater. I don't know what it was but that is where the problem started. after he put the part on it started keeling soot and wasting propane. We didn't realize this for about 3 weeks. By then all the propane was gone. my problem is with his customer skills nothing more!! He almost assaulted me. I don't want anything from this guy. I just want people to know what a prize he really is. I won't be giving any of my buisness to him. I'm moving out. Thanks Leo jones.
