I am rejecting this response because: Leo’s Appliances is not a [redacted] service providerI called [redacted] Consumer Relations directly and at no time whatsoever did they acknowled [redacted] Leo’s Appliance to be affiliated with ** Furthermore, a factory trained [redacted] certified technician/representative came to my home and diagnosed the washerAttached you will find the diagnosisThe technician states the basket on the washer has been broken for some time, which is the same diagnosis [redacted] previously concludedThis is how I purchased them from the beginning and had problems since day oneLeo’s Appliance has been dishonest since day one, as they previously stated I dropped the washer from six feet up in the airIt’s unfortunate that an operating business would be dishonest and make accusations towards a consumer, just to not be held liable/responsible for their machineI would like a full refund and I will gladly have the washer and dryer delivered to the businessThank you, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because: Good afternoon, I had a technician from [redacted] diagnose the washer, and he stated the washer’s bearing is out. He stated the bolts were just tightened and I need to replace the whole drum. It’s a shame that Leo’s Appliances has no respect for the RevDex.com, as they are willing to be dishonest in regards to this situation. The washer and dryer were under no circumstances ever dropped, as one of my neighbors physically helped me unload them from my truck. The RevDex.com is more than welcome to send an investigator to my home to physically look at and/or diagnose the washer. This will prove it is in the same condition as it was when we purchased it from Leo’s Appliances. Their dishonesty is absurd, as a 6 foot drop of a washer weighing over 200 pounds would be catastrophic. It’s obvious; they are attempting to take advantage of a customer and now the RevDex.com with their dishonesty. I most definitely did not call them, telling them I dropped the washer. Attached is a photo of the washer and dryer side by side in my home with no damage, which would’ve been caused if the washer would’ve fallen. In regards to the phone calls, Leo’s Appliances did not attempt to contact me twice with no response. Please put yourself in my situation, as I am a customer with a family, who just lost $800 on a washer and dryer, there is no reason why I wouldn’t have responded. It truly is a shame that a dishonest business, willing to lie about something like this, is still in business in this county. There should be repercussions for people making false allegations. Please feel free to send an investigator and/or your own technician to obtain the true facts, as the washer was in no way ever dropped. The truth of the matter is, Leo’s Appliances sold me a non-working washer. I would like to return the washer and dryer for a full refund so I could purchase my family a working set. Respectfully, Mr. ***

Business states that they disagree with the consumer statementBusiness has been a [redacted] certified servicer since 2003, Account #9VVBut that is not the issue hereBusiness understands that the diagnosis made by [redacted] may indeed be correct, but that is not the condition it was in when it was returned to the customerBusiness informed consumer the the warranty would be voided if he chose to do the repairs himselfDue to the fact that customer did not give business the opportunity to resolve the issues and customer doing the repairs himself, business is not financially responsible for any further repairsWith that said and as a courtesy to the customer, business is willing torefund the customer $for the return of the washing unit

On 9/27/we sold a used washer & dryer set with a day warranty redeemable at our local shop, Mr [redacted] , who owns a crane operation business came to the shop with the crane to pick up the appliances and with our help we loaded both to his crane. He called us back the following day on 9/28/& said that he had dropped the washer while he was unloading it to his home & was asking how much possible damage could have occurred due to a foot drop On 10/5/he called us back with a dryer problemOn Sunday left a message to bring the dryer back to the shop for an evaluation and he did so on 10/06/We ordered a Main power board (See attachment) and told him on10/07/that the dryer was ready to be picked up On 10/23/called us with washer another washer issue as it was making a noise & we mentioned to him that when he dropped it he could face an issue with either shocks or other issuesWe offered to order shocks, however shortly thereafter he told our technician that he already started to repair it himself & he needed only shocks that we gladly ordered for himAfter making two attempts to call the customer to have him come pick up his ordered parts we received the complaint letter from Revdex.com

Here is the third party clarification invoiceI did not get the *** invoice because the technician came to service my heater and did a gratuity inspection on it, so I paid for this service to be done on the applianceIf you have any questions, *** the technician from Pro Edge Services said you can contact him for any questions or clarification. Respectfully,*** ***

Business would like to first state that *** *** *** is not properly licensed to repair appliances in the state of California(B.E.A.R)Second, they are not a GE authorized repair centerThird, as a GE authorized servicer, I disagree with the *** *** *** diagnosisBusiness stands by their position as stated in the prior responsesBusiness would like to also repeat that the consumer did not give the business the opportunity to resolve the complaint issues before going to the Revdex.comAdditionally, the warranty was voided once the consumer decided to install the shocks himselfAt this point, as a courtesy to the consumer, the business is willing to bring the washer to the shop for a free diagnosisIf indeed it needs further repairs, the business will work with the customer by covering the labor costs incurred for the repairs

On 9/27/we sold a used washer & dryer set with a day warranty redeemable at our local shop, Mr***, who owns a crane operation business came to the shop with the crane to pick up the appliances and with our help we loaded both to his crane. He called us back the following day
on 9/28/& said that he had dropped the washer while he was unloading it to his home & was asking how much possible damage could have occurred due to a foot drop.
On 10/5/he called us back with a dryer problem. On Sunday left a message to bring the dryer back to the shop for an evaluation and he did so on 10/06/We ordered a Main power board (See attachment) and told him on10/07/that the dryer was ready to be picked up
On 10/23/called us with washer another washer issue as it was making a noise & we mentioned to him that when he dropped it he could face an issue with either shocks or other issuesWe offered to order shocks, however shortly thereafter he told our technician that he already started to repair it himself & he needed only shocks that we gladly ordered for himAfter making two attempts to call the customer to have him come pick up his ordered parts we received the complaint letter from Revdex.com

I am rejecting this response because:In regards to the statement made by Leo’s Appliance, “that is not the condition it was in when it was returned to the customer.” Leo’s Appliance never fixed or attempted to fix the washer. This business has been dishonest from day one, just so they will not be held responsible I had to take it upon myself to attempt to fix the washer for my family since Leo’s Appliance did not repair it for meI ordered the shocks on 10/19/2014, they shipped on 10/20/and arrived on 10/25/The shocks were installed on 10/26/which by that time the day warranty was due, this is almost a full month that Leo’s Appliances did not attempt to repair the machineNot once did Leo’s Appliance mention that the warranty would be voided if I change the shocksThey deliberately ignored me and now state that as a, “courtesy” they will take the washer back for $This is an insult, and what Leo’s Appliance’s is doing is unethicalPlease refund my money so I could purchase my family a working setAs a business, Leo’s Appliance should be able to stand behind their appliances and repair/accept returns when the machines aren’t working correctlyAttached you will find the invoice for the shocks that were purchased and sent to my homeLeo’s Appliance had more than enough time to solve this issue, yet they chose not toI would like to have this matter resolved, and I am confident the Revdex.com will help put a stop to this business lies, so that their will not be any other consumers victimized the way we haveThis has been a great loss to my family and I hope this matter can be solved sooner rather than laterThank you,*** ***
