I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
MrV*** continues to deflect the true problem with our complaint, and continues to handle this dispute in bad faith
Weeks of phone calls and emails went unanswered from my first attempt to secure a refund from M&VOur complaint was not taken seriously until this Revdex.com complaint was filed on 8/*/Even after our Revdex.com complaint was filed, the first phone call I received to discuss this matter further was 8/**/
MrV*** continues to argue that he provided a service for the allotted hours we agreed upon, but the true issue he is avoiding is the timeliness of his serviceOur contract clearly states that the departure time for the two buses was 3:30pm on 6/**/The two buses are to depart from the hotel to the church at the same time to ensure all guests arrive at the venue at the same timeThe GPS supports MrV*** attached to his response clearly show the late arrival to the hotel, which is also reflected in the late arrival to the church and the late arrival to the venue for our reception
MrV*** continues to distract me and the Revdex.com in his response by stating he provided an additional $worth of service due to their initial tardiness by staying later than the required hours, and he is offering a future credit of M&V serviceMrV*** can continue to attach whatever monetary value he wishes to his service, but the fact of the matter is "value" is determined by the consumerM&V is not worth a single dollar to me because it is simply unreliable, and I do not accept this service as any form of reparationWhy would I ever want to put myself in another situation where I find myself hoping M&V is on time for my event?
As previously noted in my initial complaint, the final invoice for wedding reception with Bridgeview Yacht Club was $25,for a hour partyBy arriving hour late, we essentially lost $5,of the receptionOur final invoice with M&V was $2,We used a separate limo company for the bridal party, and that company stayed an extra hour of overtime (until 8pm) to help for an additional fee of $350, which I had no choice to pay given the circumstances
The full value of my complaint totals over $8,Due to MrV***’s lack of customer service and bad faith handling, I have filed small claims court in Suffolk County seeking the $5,maximum award

The client had booked a Mercedes Sprinter shuttle. They wanted one with w table. We called the customer the day before and advised him that we did not have the one with the table because there was a mechanical issue. We offered him a replacement sprinter or said that he
could also get a full refund. He decided to keep the vehicle we provided through one of our affiliates. We proceeded to driver his group to and from Atlantic City in a Mercedes Sprinter and the contract was fulfilled. *** *** accepted and paid for the services on his credit card and we provided the services as instructed. He then contacted our office nad said he did not want to pay for the services provided. We responded to him many times via email and attampeted to offer him many different options to make him satisfied but all ** *** wants is a full refund which is not a reasonable solution for not having “The Exact “ sprinter he wanted. Especially when he was told due to the situation it was not going to be possible hrs in advance. He had ample time to get his refund at that point and make other arrangements if not getting the exact sprinter was such an issue. We have no problem being fair and want to make every client happy but to not have to pay at all for services provided is not reasonable. We are still open to an amicable resolution to this matter. I will add that *** *** has also disputed charges that he authorized on his credit card. Let me know any other questions and if you want to see the emails that *** *** approved getting the alternate sprinter in emails with my sales manager Billy or whatever else that may be helpful in this case. ***,***,We did respond to this customer and their complaint numerous times. We servced the clients wedding with two coach buses. One of the buses was suppose to finish at 11:30pm and it finished hrs later than that and we credited the client the overtime which would have been
an additional $375. In addition to that due to their dissatisfaction and in the spirit of keeping the client happy we offered the client $(half the cost of one of the buses ) and a certificate for future services at no charge. With that this client is demanding $refund which is more than they paid us in total on the contract and future services as well. Unfortunately, we are unable to meet that demand as we stand by our offer of $plus a credit for future services. If the client can agree to this we have total interest in settling this matter and always work towards making our clients completely satisfied.
