I contracted with Leo's moving to move my apartment from Sunnyvale, CA to Colorado At the time I did not have a final location in Colorado I would be moving to so I agreed that my items would go into storage until their final delivery Leo's moving offered days of free storage and $199/month for every additional month while I find an apartment The agreement stated that a deposit of $would be paid upon booking, 50% of the remaining balance would be paid on pickup ($773) and the remaining 50% paid on delivery and acceptance of the items ($773) Instead of charging the agreed upon $773, Leo's Moving charged the full $once the items reached their storage facility in Colorado Leo's moving will not give me the exact location of my items or give me direct access to them but they are claiming that they have completed their delivery and are entitled to the full amount of the move

On 9/26/I contracted with Leo's Moving to move my possessions from Phoenix to Tucson The agreed upon cost was $with a $deposit with the remaining $due at the end of the move The moving date was 9/and the three movers arrived around 8:am The packed up most of the stuff and left for Tucson at am and said they would meet me at my new place around noon I left just after them and passed them near Casa Grande Turns out it took them three hours to drive miles and they arrived just before pm After unloading everything I was preceded with a bill for $minus my deposit In other words I was being charged an additional $ I spoke to the owner on the phone he claimed I had to pay for the empty truck being driven back to Phoenix and that was standard in the industry I had $in cash and was allowed to write a check for the remaining amount I asked for a receipt and was told "Leo's" would send one To date I have not received i

No damage was done and all of our belongings were there
