Last summer I had Leo's clean my sewer lineThey did a good job & charged as quoted over the phone which is often not the caseI need this service at least once a year & planned to continue to use themI passed out their business cards at my workSo last month when a valve started leaking on my water heater, I called themIt was a Sunday; they came right out at no extra chargeI thought this was great! The Tech told me he left the temperature set where it should beLater the water came out scaldingI turned it down a notch , still scaldingAnother notch (Medium)Hot but not quite scaldingI became concerned that there might be another issue since it wasn't like that beforeI called & he left a message telling me how to adjust the temperatureThat wasn't the issue & I know how to do thatI called the next day & explained the issueI even stated it might be okay, I wasn't sureHe said he would come back in days & check it outHe said it should be ok because it wasn't that old & mentioned a couple of things that could be wrongHe never showed or called on the designated dayI called him the next dayHe didn't remember saying he would come back or what the concern wasWhen I explained it again, he didn't offer to come back, just said it should be okayI called the office & told them what happenedThey rescheduled someone to come outUnder the circumstances, I said I didn't want the 1st Tech to come backI work so I set up for them to come back & my neighbor would let them in & they could call me at work if necessaryThe next morning, without talking to me personally, the owner,***, left a rude, condescending message with ultimatums on my phoneHe said he wasn't coming unless I was home, I didn't want the 1st Tech (who blew me off) back & he wasn't going to play around with my neighborIndicated I had to be there so the water was adjusted to my satisfaction which wasn't the issue at allI just wanted to be sure there was nothing else wrong that could cause other problemsI don't know a lot about the operation of water heatersI do know how to adjust temperaturesI had to call my neighbor backI came to work late & upsetHe left another message at my workI still have themI called the office back & told them I had a rude message on my phoneThe girl had heard him make the callShe tried to tell me what a nice person he was & that he just wanted to help meI wasn't buying thatI just told her we were doneThe sad thing is the dispatchers were always pleasantEven the Tech who didn't follow through was pleasantThe men who serviced my sewer line was nice & I was happy with their work I just told her we were doneThe sad thing is the dispatchers were always pleasant, even the Tech that didn't follow through was pleasantThe men who serviced my sewer line were nice & I was happy with their work
