my car starter went out and I had it towed by tender car to service the problem and get an oil change the last week of February actually February 13th I received the car back February 16th at which the car started cutting off when I was on my way to work and overheatingI called upset as to how do I get a starter and oil change and now my car is overheating and cutting off burning gas and at that time I was transferred to mechanic who said he did not know but had me bring car back and he disconnected my sensor, I am upset and the car still is not working and I am livid at the work done on my vehicleit needs to be fixed and compensation on gas

I had a front-end problem with a Tender Car repair, I brought it back after a month and Tender Care not only took care of the repair, but also replaced my front tires, and provided me a loaner free of chargefantastic!!!
I had gotten into a fender bender in a parking lot my front bumper was destroyed I heard that tender car could save you some what on your deductible so I chose them for the auto body took my car there the insurance approved the work and sent the check to them they had my car for over a month it was time for my rental car to be done the insurance said they were not going to pay on it anymore it was only covered for days so I had told tender car what was going on they insisted they were still waiting on some side brackets that had been sent to them incorrectly and that they would go ahead and take care of any rental car that I would need so the next day magically my car is fixed so I went and picked up the vehicle about two weeks later my bumper was popping out so I went back to them they said that they were cheap brackets they needed to order more they would call me when they got in and replace them I was in no danger of my bumper falling off I could drive the vehicle I said okay a m

Tender Car advertises on their site that they cover the repairs that an insurance claim does notThis was also confirmed by a man who answered their phone on 5/5/However, after taking my car in and dealing with poor customer service such as not knowing that my vehicle was even there despite my appointment and it being dropped off on 5/8/with their knowledge, losing my information several times, and a lack of communication about the overall processThey then told me that they wouldn't be covering what insurance doesn't and I would still owe them $After attempting to stop them from fixing my car at all to pick it up and take it elsewhere, they said I couldn't do that as they already had taken the bumper off to assess damage so no matter what I would owe them the moneyThey failed to seek a proper resolution and are still lacking to communicate with me about my vehicleI have yet to get it back or be properly told about what is happening with it
I took my vehicle here to get fixed due to someone hitting the whole driver side of my suv December 5thI figured I would have Tender Car fix it because of the commerical on tv and the $deductible incentiveBig mistake, first it took over a month (January 4th to be exact) with them telling me in the beginning that it would be an estimated weeks (okay, cool I can deal with that), then it got pushed another week (they found supplemental damage), then another week passes with barely any updatesThey "supposedly" detailed my suvonly the side they repaired was waxed (residue all over the place), the back was covered in dirt (never washed), greasy finger prints all over the doors, touch screen in my suv is scratched to crap, and they used what looks like a buffer and now I have swirls and circles all over my entire suv (I've only hand washed my suv since I purchased it)My word of advice, avoid this place unless you want to wait forever for your vehicle to get fixed and get the $deductible incentive

They fixed my destroyed equinox and even fixed a dent that I made for FREEPlus they saved me $which is a lot of moneyI don't know how they do all of itI was in an accident a couple years ago and the body shop charged me the $deductible and were horrible! Tender Car is professional and easy to deal withThey always pick up the phone and are willing to helpGreat job all around

Tender Car advertises on their site that they cover the repairs that an insurance claim does notThis was also confirmed by a man who answered their phone on 5/5/However, after taking my car in and dealing with poor customer service such as not knowing that my vehicle was even there despite my appointment and it being dropped off on 5/8/with their knowledge, losing my information several times, and a lack of communication about the overall processThey then told me that they wouldn't be covering what insurance doesn't and I would still owe them $After attempting to stop them from fixing my car at all to pick it up and take it elsewhere, they said I couldn't do that as they already had taken the bumper off to assess damage so no matter what I would owe them the moneyThey failed to seek a proper resolution and are still lacking to communicate with me about my vehicleI have yet to get it back or be properly told about what is happening with it
I took my vehicle here to get fixed due to someone hitting the whole driver side of my suv December 5thI figured I would have Tender Car fix it because of the commerical on tv and the $deductible incentiveBig mistake, first it took over a month (January 4th to be exact) with them telling me in the beginning that it would be an estimated weeks (okay, cool I can deal with that), then it got pushed another week (they found supplemental damage), then another week passes with barely any updatesThey "supposedly" detailed my suvonly the side they repaired was waxed (residue all over the place), the back was covered in dirt (never washed), greasy finger prints all over the doors, touch screen in my suv is scratched to crap, and they used what looks like a buffer and now I have swirls and circles all over my entire suv (I've only hand washed my suv since I purchased it)My word of advice, avoid this place unless you want to wait forever for your vehicle to get fixed and get the $deductible incentive
I am often a critic of how automotive shops runTender Car is AWESOME!! They fixed my destroyed equinox and even fixed a dent that I made for FREEPlus they saved me $which is a lot of moneyI don't know how they do all of itI was in an accident a couple years ago and the body shop charged me the $deductible and were horrible! Tender Car is professional and easy to deal withThey always pick up the phone and are willing to helpGreat job all around
the service that I received wasn't even bad, they actually damaged my truck, dash cam in the cab pick up sound so I could hear them rifling through my center counsel

I took my Ford Escape to this establishment because I was re-ended by another vehicle which caused bumper damage to my SUV I was told that my vehicle would be done in 3-days which did not happen because it was way over a week before I got it back When I went to pick up the vehicle the other party that was with me noticed that the bumper was not properly fitted on the vehicle How could they have allowed this to leave there shop knowing that this was not installed correctly When we showed them it they did acknowledged that they would get a different bumper and install it correctly and that they would only need my vehicle for day When I called the week of October 17th I was told that I could bring it down on Monday October 23rd 2017, when I called on Monday to see if it was a go to bring it down they were too swamped but I could bring it down the next day which would be October 24th I took it down there later that day and they said that they had the bumper already the
